I placed an order, but did not receive any email confirmation, despite being asked for my email address. I could not load the website on a desktop, but only on an iPhone, so was getting worried about the genuineness of this site. I eventually managed to log in to my account and contact management that way to confirm my order. I received a response that my dash kit had been cut and was on its way. I then had trouble using the tracking number provided at time of order, but was then given a new tracking number, which worked. It took several weeks for the dash kit to arrive in Australia. Whilst the colour and finish are good, the dash piece was in three separate pieces. Additionally, the fit was not very good for my car. By no means perfect. For the price, I expected better.

I received the shipment in very good shape. They look great. Recommendations to everyone who needs update or improvement on dash looks. Super quality.

The company representative was responsive and the product was high quality. It applied easily, was definitely cut to match, and looks fantastic in my 82 Collector Edition Corvette!

The product is fantastic, far better than competitors and at nearly the same price! Order was delayed although Dash Kit handled it in an excellent manner with timely communication (email).

The product was not in dimensions of the car. Some parts was to big and some parts was smaller. The fit was wrong. Maybe the cutter made mistake but this not an excuse for so expensive product. You sould be more careful. Defenetly i lost my money for that and i could put the parts to the car. So bad because the parts are so great.

Excellent product and excellent customer service

Firstly I would like to congratulate the company on their rapid communication, their readiness to assist in a minor problem that was 90% my fault, and the replacement of the part free of charge with only the postage for me to pay. That is excellent customer service. The product is good quality, some small size issues but not impossible to overcome, overall the product is value for money. I would have liked more detailed application instructions - the one part I referred to earlier I applied upside down. Unfortunately with the backing paper still attached it was almost impossible to see there was a right and wrong way to stick the panel. To finish, my experience with the company has been very positive - thank you for being understanding and helpful. The wood effect looks terrific on my car.

I just installed my dash kit and I'm totally impressed. Looks GREAT was very easy to install. You should include instructions as to where each piece was to be installed. Some pieces were not that easy to figure out where they went. It looks GREAT and my car looks so much better now that I installed the kit.

You shouldn't worry if you are unsure about buying a dash kit for your car as sometimes the price can make people nervous unless they can actually see the quality. I was the same before I ordered a Carbon Fibre look set for my 2006 Subaru STI, but I dived in. The service was excellent, the product is excellent and the result is excellent. I am truely amazed and very happy with the results and I cannot recommend the kits highly enough to anyone wanting to refresh their interior. One final word of advice though, check and double check the templates as with so many variations of the same model (LHD and RHD) it is easy to miss something. I have a RHD STI and everything was perfect but the drivers door needed to be cut from a mirror image of the LHD templates. The Dash Kit Shop were so helpful in resolving the issue and providing the new piece. Customer Support, Excellent!

I bought a light burl wood, with almost no burl wood in it, look like a really really cheap replica. the cheapest it can get i guess. Don't waste your money...

Took a while to get here, tracking not very good, but response from company was excellent. Fit was 95%. And looks fantastic. Well made product.

Kit does not fit on dash where there are curves

Please do yourself a favor and stay away from Dash Kit Shop they don’t back their products. I receive a junk dash kit that I will not be able to fit in my car. Look like a crap! I contact them and their response was “its your opinion because everyone like them.” They scam with their samples online the real kit don’t look same in person.
