Very helpful and kind

I've orderd from Da Shop quite often via Deliveroo, but they do have a website of their own and the last two or three times I've ordered directly as the delivery charge is cheaper.

The prices are pretty expensive compared to supermarket, although this latest order had a 20% online discount (thank you).

What I like most about them is that they're so helpful and always willing to do their best for their customers. Today, for instance, they discussed with me what gift bag I would like from their range and chose one that was absolutely perfect for my mother's birthday.

It would have been a 5 star review if it wasn't for the prices (although I do get that they don't have the supermarkets' price bargaining power).
