I placed an order with DashPCT in January 2026. I paid, but the package never arrived.

After I followed up, support told me I could get one free reship if the first package failed. They asked me to send the replacement details, which I did right away. After that, I followed up multiple times asking for a simple confirmation and tracking number.

That is where things fell apart. I never got a clear answer about whether the reship was actually sent.

What bothered me most was not just the missing package. It was the poor communication. They responded enough to ask me for the reship details, but then did not properly follow through after I gave them exactly what they asked for.

If they could not send the reship, they should have just said so clearly. Instead, I was left chasing updates and getting no real resolution.

Based on my experience, I would be very cautious ordering from this company.

Paid, didn't see an update to my order so contacted support. Support fumbled around for about a week and then stopped responding. No other support agents on any other platform can do anything apparently. They are selective scamming

Ordered through their Wise payment method - definitely delays the order a lot as it seems they have to confirm payment with their 3rd party who is accepting such payments. After payment was confirmed within the week, was just smooth sailing.

I ordered on 9th January, paid £50 for some face cream, nothing illegal. Heard no progress for my order since paying , chased up numerous times and just fobbed off by Kiki. No progress updates, no tracking. Do not buy from them, they are not a realiable source to purchase from.
They lost my custom , which would of been for the rest of my life.

After 3 orders everything went well. Shipping was not bad despite receiving items from over seas. The 4th order, which was recent, I never received tracking information or a shipping status and the order status hasn’t changed from “preparing package”. After reaching out to customer support the reply I received was they would remind the vendor to provide tracking information ASAP. A week later I reached out again and nothing, I waited another week and still no response. They have stopped responding to my inquiries all together. This is a shame, their prices and products are both competitively priced and legit, I’ll have to try another international overseas pharmacy. I wish I had some recommendations to start with.
A red flag I just thought about as I was writing this review is something “Kiki” at DashPCT mentioned, he had to remind the vendor to provide shipping information ASAP. To me this seems like DashPCT is probably nothing more than a middle man, I wonder if this is a common thing with these overseas online “pharmacies”.

As of September 2025 they are now scamming. They took the money and deleted the order (#09325757241) . Luckily I went with a $300 order rather than something larger but getting scammed sucks.

They were great until recently. They used to be true to their word and orders over four years. So I developed a trust for them. Unfortunately they are now stealing from the people who were previously loyal customers.

Ordered tirzepatide (mounjaro). Contacted their support via telegram before placing my order to confirm that I would be receiving one box of 4 PENS. Support confirmed that the offer is for 4 PENS of 5mg each. 3 weeks later I received 2 VIALS of 5mg. So, not only did I not get PENS but I also received half of my order. When I contact support again via telegram and attached pictures of our previous conversation and what was promised to me, I got no response. When I followed up, the conversation was deleted and disappeared from the telegram chat.
Bottom line, they’re very responsive until you place the order, however, once you’ve made the payment don’t expect any support especially if there’s anything wrong with your order.

Communication can be slow, you might have to send multiple emails but when they respond they are very helpful. Package arrived after a few weeks.

They took my money acknowledged the payment then ghosted me and deleted my order. This happened to me before with them and they said it was a mistake and apologized and eventually fulfilled the order. Then on my second order same thing happened but they are now not replying to any emails.

I have been with Dash as my online pharmacy for years and they have always delivered - recently an order got lost in the mail and they resent no questions asked these guys are legit as can be.

They’ve been around forever and it shows why. Excellent people to deal with.

As long as you pay using Crypto and follow tge instructions given very carefully your order will be filled and you will get what you paid for on time, of not a little sooner than expected.

EDIT: Succesfull contact establishment made with customer service. They had an issue with their mailbox apparently. The reship have been sent with tracking number

No replies to emails and empty reship promises

Bought some Testosterone Cypionate from dashpct. The product is not as advertised. Junk testosterone. Bought from American Remedies and the product i received was clearly bunk product. If there's a way to prove the product i received is legit i will rewrite my review.

The things they send out will most like get sent back from customs or get siezed, you also dont have an option to refund. Don't order from them.

I had previously placed a few orders with them, all of which arrived as promised.

With my most recent order there was a shipping issue (not their fault). They promptly responded to my email and resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction- at their own expense no less.

Yeah, they're legit.

Pros:
+ Attentive customer support;
+ All products are quite far from reaching expiration date (2025/2026);
+ Discreet packaging that only says "Health Supplement";

Cons:
- TransferWise info was NOT up to date at the time of my purchase, had to be given a new one through customer support (they fixed it now);
- TransferWise payment was NOT "confirmed within minutes" as advertised on the order details page. Took them a sweet 4 days to confirm before another day 'til shipment;
- They tell you your order's total in USD, but expect you to pay in HKD (Hong Kong Dollars) WITHOUT providing an HKD quote. As a Canadian, I had to do some accounting gymnastics, converting CAD to USD, then USD to HKD, then factor in TransferWise's service fee to top it off.
I frickin' hate math bruh, if I wanted to work at a bank I would but I don't, do I?

Anyway, prices were fair, products are real, I'm overall satisfied. Will pay in crypto next time tho
