Good product, excellent customer service
I bought the Dash Cam Pro six months ago. I had several queries before buying and all were answered fully and immediately. The Cam stopped working recently, and the fault was quickly identified as a problem with SD card; an apology and replacement was issued immediately, plus advice on optimal settings. A measure of customer service is when things go wrong, and Harry has been brilliant. The Cam itself works fine. I'd recommend, also the company. I give 4 stars only because the SD card failed too soon.

Terrible product
Terrible product. SD card dont even work after how many times i formatted it. So, i had to buy one. It keeps on rebooting turning off and on every times i drive or parked up. Aslo parking mode dont even look like it work or i have any idea to activate it for it to work if it does.

The website is very easy to use and the descriptions are clear. The prices are very reasonable for what you are buying. The camera was easy to set up and has great quality footage.

Compact view cam
Can't fault the device it is a compact size which sits nicely behind my windscreen mirror it was easy to install and all seems to be working as it should so I'm pleased with my purchase that was delivered the next day

Easy install
Got a dash cam Omni for my husband Christmas, he was delighted with it he installed it himself with help from our son they both said very easy to do into cigarette lighter as getting another car soon and will get it hardwired into the new car very clear vision on the dash cam going on a trip up Nora of Scotland soon and this will give peace of mind as we’ve had some near misses in the past up that way.

Dash cam pro
Good device, easy to install with the hard wire kit. An instruction manual for the touch screen menu would have been handy. Next day delivery was spot on however I was not impressed with the courier the package was just left on the door step, they didn't bother ringing the door bell ( I was in all day )

I have never experienced such fantastic customer care. I had to get a dash cam after a recent traumatic event and the team at Dash Vision were incredibly helpful. The response time and attention to detail in any questions I had was honestly such a weight of my shoulders, knowing the team were on hand to help me set everything up correctly. Aside from the team being so helpful, the dash cam omni itself is amazing, it’s amazing when hard wired for catching motion when the cars parked at night, so i can sleep with peace of mind now knowing anything done to my car will be recorded. It also looks really sleek and pretty. Final thing, massive thank you to David R who supported me via email the whole time and went above and beyond my expectations of customer service. It’s hard to come across real genuine people these days and I honestly felt like he did everything he could to put my mind at ease. Thank you again, would recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered the DASH CAM PRO a while back . Had a bump last year and the recorded picture proved it was not my fault. If I didn’t have this it would have been 50-50. Just had to order a replacement suction cup holder and they were very helpful. Quick delivery. Would recommend this company for products and customer support,

I've got the Stealth model with front…
I've got the Stealth model with front and rear cameras and a old style Land Rover Defender. The front camera fits well but the rear had to be adapted, it's not designed for a vertical rear window. Also the camera keeps randomly making a startup sound when I'm driving, which DashVision have said is nothing to worry about!

Sorry for the inconvenience you’ve experienced. While the Stealth system fits most vehicles well, older models can sometimes require adaptation, particularly for vertical rear windows. The occasional startup sound does not affect performance, as our team advised, but our support team is always happy to assist if you have any further concerns.
