I wish I would have came to Trust Pilot…

I wish I would have came to Trust Pilot for a review on this Firm prior to hire them. For the last five months they have sent me to three different physical therapist, all kinds of MRI’s, cat scans and other test and then turn around and tell me they are dropping my case because of hear say and because the opposing attorneys stated they are not willing to settle. I was clearly hit from BEHIND!! These people are not willing to fight for you because they only want the easy way out. These attorneys only want to take settlements out of court. To add insult to my injurieS, when I asked who will cover those medical bills from the MRI’s etc.., the attorney had the nerve to tell me to reach out to my insurance company through my job. Please please please don’t be fooled by the fancy marketing. These people will not fight for you. There’s so much more to tell, but I’m so hurt by the way they’ve handled my case. It almost feels like they were actually working with the opposing attorneys because I’ve incurred more problems and bills because of them. Oh and those five star reviews, likely are friends, relatives and employees.

Run Away!

I’ve been with Daspit for almost 2 years and I’ve had 4 paralegals and no phone calls. I call for update and no one is ever available.. this is the worst law firm ever! Since my accident I’ve had to do everything on my own and trying to figure out what to do next. Again communication is zero!!! I’m disgusted they have new billboards put up all around Houston!

Timeless Tales: Triumphs and Trials

The significance of your attorney in my life became evident when I awoke in the ambulance and later in the hospital after a vehicular collision on the sidewalk. Geico's aggressive agents, displaying extreme profanity and unethical behavior, left me unprepared. The initial Daspat lawyers couldn't handle the intensity, but then Attorney Michael Grinsfelder and Paralegal Vanessa Martinez took center stage, confronting the Geico agents with precision. They turned the situation around, eliciting apologies and progress after new agents were assigned.

Six months of perseverance led to a lowball offer from the insurance company. Like a skilled basketball player, Michael Grinsfelder navigated through trial and court traffic, dunking on the Geico players and team. Vanessa Martinez, an invaluable teammate, contributed to our success. With strategic plays resembling a pool game, Michael Grinsfelder secured a handsome settlement. While I'm uncertain about the top lawyer at Daspit, Michael Grinsfelder orchestrated every move, leading us to victory. Thank you, Daspit!
