Horrible Quality

I ordered a dress for $52.98 and it looks nothing like the photo. It is cheap slip-type fabric with a printed design on it. I asked for a refund and was offered $8 as 'compensation' and I could keep the dress. It's too unsatisfactory to even donate. I just sent my refusal this morning and am awaiting a reply before going to my credit card company.

Do not go anywhere near this company

Do not go anywhere near this company. The items were terrible, poorly made, felt like plastic. You are being asked to pay alot of money for rubbish and when I asked to return they refused. They will not give you money back

Experience using the website was fine

Experience using the website was fine - the dress is nice enough but is different colours to what I was expecting, expensive for what it is compared to other online site's so much competition out there now, products no different to the quality of what I have brought elsewhere for under half the cost

Horrible quality

Absolutely unacceptable quality. Material is like a paper/plastic material, sewing is sloppy, colors appear to have been xeroxed on. Too unsatisfactory even to donate. I paid $36.00 plus $15.00 for shipping for this dreadful mess. I want a complete refund.

Nice

I am happy with my purchase. Item was as described. My only complaint is that it took a long time to get here and being that it is a sweater vest and I live in Texas it will not be worn until next season.

Sweater Vest.

Takes several weeks to arrive. It’s runs a little small so order a size up. Also, it’s not a deep green but a blue green.
Not as obvious that it’s a off center button, which for me a big draw.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. I received 2 severely damaged sweaters and Dassica refuses to help me. They say I have to contact the post office for reimbursement! I order a lot online and have never been denied help when I’ve received damaged merchandise. They have my money, I have 2 unwearable sweaters, and they refuse to take any responsibility.
