They may seem friendly at first, but once they’ve taken your initial payment, they become unresponsive. When your appointment is the next day, they’ll hastily fill out your visa application and send you generic interview questions copied from Google. So why pay them hundreds of pounds for something you could easily do yourself?

There’s no guarantee that your visa will be approved, and if it is, they’ll take credit by posting your passport on social media, despite only having filled out the application. I strongly recommend filling out the visa application on your own. If you need assistance, there are plenty of helpful tutorials on YouTube
