This Guy knows supplements 100%. I have used his company for many years. Fitness is a life choice and I train 5 out of seven days. I could not do that without the bespoke service Del has the smarts to provide. If I have a question and I am completely honest the there is a solution. Del will not push any supplement on to you so don't be shy ask any question even if you think it is silly. I was crashing from time to time and the reason was I didn't follow his advice or was lazy taking supplements. I am now in good shape and operating at a level beyond my expectations as in I have the discipline to work but with supplement plan I am on I take 100% of that work nothing is left on the road. He is very quick off the mark as in if you explain the mechanics of your sport he will get the resistance and muscle groups that need to be helped and give you the correct options.
