I regularly work with enriching, importing, and exporting contact lists, and recently I came across DataList. I have to say—hats off. The tool does exactly what it promises. It’s clean, intuitive, and doesn’t require a steep learning curve to get started. Compared to the many tools I’ve tested over time, DataList is by far the most user-friendly solution I’ve used.

What truly stands out, however, is the support. It’s honestly among the best I’ve experienced overall—not just within this category of tools. Response times are more than reasonable, and communication with the support team is smooth and efficient.

I also appreciate the credit-based pricing model. For a tool that saves this much time and effort, the pricing is more than fair. To put it into perspective: enriching around 3,000 contacts—adding information such as managing directors’ names, addresses, phone numbers, and similar details—costs roughly €30. That’s incredibly reasonable for the value provided.

I’m usually not someone who writes reviews, but in this case, I felt it was well deserved. When a tool delivers this level of quality and usability, the developers absolutely deserve recognition and a strong recommendation.

I have been a customer for a few months and I have to say it is a gift to have datablist and Florian he is always improving things, helping me with technical stuff and taking criticism very professional and implementing faster than any other provider I love datablist and hope for a great partnership for the next years
