We ordered two custom made servers, which were ready even before the mentioned time, the support team helped from the beginning till the end of the setup, quick response each time we needed any help, unfortunately, after a week our software failed and we were not able to use the servers as intended, support instantly made some offers which were very thoughtful even though the failure was from our end. Highly recommend good support, good products.

but i ve decided to cancel my service because my situation is affected with corona virus....and the prices are high ....but if my situation will be improved i will return back to this company ...i advice who want dedi server to buy DataPacket

Excellent gear, the dashboard is close to realtime with the metrics and the connectivity is top notch.

I had bought a server from DataPacket and everything works perfectly. I'm glad that I ended up going with DataPacket. After placing my order, I had received my server within two hours. I like that I can upload a SSH key to my DataPacket account and use that to connect to my server. I like that I can view detailed server performance through the DataPacket website. I also like that I can access my server through the KVM console.

I was thinking about going with FDC Servers to save some cash and getting a server in Toronto. But all of the FDC Servers test download 100mb, 1gb, 10gb files were pretty slow compared to the DataPacket test download 100mb, 1gb, 10gb files. I had tested on multiple servers including locations in New York, Las Vegas, British Colombia, and Germany. I was getting download times like 30 seconds for the 100mb FDC Servers file vs 3 seconds for the 100mb DataPacket file. The download times for my Germany server were 2 minutes for the 100mb FDC Servers file vs 30 seconds for the 100mb DataPacket Server. I had tested many other server providers and concluded that DataPacket was the best for me.

The support and sales team are incredibly kind and helpful. They typically respond pretty quickly.

Even though DataPacket may be pricier compared to other providers, I recommend going with DataPacket due to their fast servers and the direct connection to local Canadian ISPs like Bell, Rogers, Shaw, Telus, and Videotron for their Chicago location. I would definitely recommend going with DataPacket any time. I plan on staying with DataPacket for months on end.

I used the Datapacked servers for MineCraft Proxy network. I have used some server in Prague and Bratislava and both DCs have very low latency to our core infrastructure and users.

Support was great, I was using a Slack channel and answers I get instantly. I had some troubles with one lan cabel on server, support changed the cable in 5 minutes. Wow!

If you are looking for some dedicated servers provider, simply use DataPacket! :-)

First, I feel that I shall disclose I'm sponsored by DataPacket and that I am not paying for this service. However, opinions in this review are my own and not of DataPacket. Now that that's out of the way, Onto my review.

DataPacket has been an excellent company to work with. Their sales team went the extra mile to try and satisfy my requests, something you definitely won't find everywhere. Special shout-out to Simon, my sales rep. :)

And as for the server hardware itself, That's been great as well. Ours has been very reliable with no hiccups thus far. I don't see that changing after our month or so of use with rock solid reliability.

Moving on to their support team, this is where I believe the company could make a slight improvement. The issue I had couldn't necessarily be resolved, and while it wasn't their fault, they didn't seem very "supportive" so to speak. I'll expand on this momentarily.

We use this server for compiling our Android custom ROM, StatiXOS. While doing this we're cloning lots of repos from GitHub, and this is where another issue arises, and why this review is 4 stars. network speeds while cloning are quite slow, unreasonably slow when you consider the 10Gbps bandwidth pipe each server is suppose to have. We routinely get stuck with ~10Mbps download speeds during git clones from GitHub. My only assumption as to the explanation for this is due to the death of net neutrality in the states, and their ISP isn't being very nice. When our team brought up this issue to DataPacket, the only response we got was something along the lines of "We only guarantee 10Gbps in within our datacenter." Which is fine, I wasn't expecting 10Gbps to GitHub, but I do fully expect more than 10Mbps.

UPDATE: After a few weeks of back and forth with the teams at DataPacket, we've gotten resolve for our issue. They went above and beyond to attempt to rectify the situation and were truly extremely easy to work with. My previous comments seem much like a fluke, and that they doesn't represent the company whatsoever. I've never had such a great, smooth support experience as I had with DataPacket. I will definitely make an effort to recommend this company to others in the future.

We have used our Datapacket server for some time now and have not encountered any issues regarding performance, connectivity or any other problems to mention! Also, there customer service is pretty much the best I have ever experienced until now, and we are very pleased to work with the assistance of their team that was able to help at pretty much any time.

Would definitely recommend getting a server over there and trying it out!

Bought a server from 'em, never been so happy! Fast service, nice VPSs for a cheap price!
