I had a bleeping smoke alarm and I phoned David and he agreed with me and said he would send someone out asap.40minutes later a young engineer arrived .I told him the problem and he said he would change the smoke alarm.He informed me that they have expiry dates on them ,which I never knew,and mine was 8 years out of date.I asked for my other one to be changed too and he only had the one so drove off to get another one.All changed and all silent!He was very informative and polite.

Great firm - very efficient, professional work. And turn up on site when expected.

Sam from Datel quickly replaced an outside light which had failed. He also checked our spotlights in our lounge were ok as we had a water leak in the conservatory extension. Water & electrics not a good mix! But Sam said all was well now that the leak had been fixed. Would never willing use any other company for electrical work.

Telephoned Wednesday. Appointment agreed for four weeks. Phone call from Datel Thursday am. Possibility of someone to come that pm. 14:00 engineer arrives and apologises for being four weeks early. All fixed. Excellent service. Cannot fault.
