We had a fantastic time at the Yorkshire activity centre through Date night away!

We booked in for a couples archery session which was full of laughs (and serious competition) from start the finish.

The confirmation and booking code was emailed through straight away and we booked our time/slot that day.

Would definitely come back, an amazing place for last minute date ideas or just to try something new!

I messaged them last minute to see if I would be able to book an activity last minute. Dan came back very quickly and was really helpful letting me know the times when the activity was free and helped answer my questions. Would definitely use again, very easy process 😊 Thank you!

We booked a ‘flight’ on the i360 in Brighton through datenightaway.co.uk and had a great experience. The booking process was easy and customer service from both the Date Night Away and i360 teams was exemplary.

Upon arrival, we had an option to have our photograph taken as a souvenir and there was a quick search of our bags to ensure everyone’s safety. It was a glorious day, so we sat in deck chairs looking out to sea while we waited to board. There was also a small bar area for anyone who wanted a drink while waiting.

The ‘flight’ moved slowly and gently upwards, providing us with the most amazing views of Brighton in all directions. There was an option to have a drink during the journey too, so we decided to treat ourselves.

After gently descending again, we went into a small exhibition, which explained more about the i360 and how it was built. There’s a gift shop you can browse too, should you wish to.

We followed this with a lovely afternoon tea on a beachfront terrace. (There’s a large indoor area if you prefer not to eat outdoors or the weather is less favourable.)

Staff were friendly and approachable both at Date Night Away and the i360. I’d highly recommend this ride and would definitely book through datenightaway.co.uk again for both this and other trips!

We arrived half an hour early, as requested, but we're allowed on straight away as we had the e-tickets ready. A quick airport style "search" took place before we were allowed to go through the "metal detector gate". There's a small bar where you can get yourself a drink. A short wait as the viewing platform lowers for the previous "passengers" to disembark and the it raises to your level and then it's time to get on.
Surprisingly, instead of being like a greenhouse, we found the inside of the i360 to be refreshingly cool thanks to the ample air conditioning inside. My wife actually started to feel cold at one point despite the outside temperature being near 30°! Then we were off and the ride was very smooth. You can feel the movement but only just. The bar on the ride served us our drinks on presentation of our e-tickets and it was actually pretty decent. Much nicer than expected. As your going up the view just gets better and better. My wife has vertigo but was surprisingly unaffected by the height. The view from the top stretches far and wide and there's plenty of time to walk around and view your surroundings and take pictures. Our day was a little hazy so didn't see quite as far as we otherwise could. Even so, it was spectacular, rising far above all of the tallest of buildings in the area.
Overall, well worth the £50 we paid for the experience and the people at Datenightaway.com were really speedy at getting the event booked for us.

We had the best evening when we visited ‘love cheese’ in York! The perfect date night! From start to finish nothing was ever too much, explained the flavours of each cheese & the wine was amazing! We will 100% be using date night away again!

I recently booked an afternoon tea bus tour through London with Date Night Away and it was so fun! We went in December so the bus was decked out for christmas and playing Christmas music the whole time. The tea was delicious - I’m vegan and was very impressed with the vegan options, particularly the sandwiches! The hosts on the tour were lovely and made sure we had everything we wanted. Great tea selection, and we got to keep the travel mug as a souvenir! The tour takes you past all the major central sights and at key points they gave us facts - we learned a lot along the way! The ride was a little bumpy at times but not enough to make it difficult to eat or drink. This is a great activity for visitors to London, particularly during the festive season! It was super easy to book through Date Night Away - all I had to do was email the voucher code to the tour company and they booked me onto my chosen date and time! This would make a lovely gift, or a fun date experience!

Absolutely recommend Date Night Away, quick easy service, amazing customer service and extra little details that I didn’t expect. Certain to come back for presents and experiences in the future!

Booked axe throwing as a last minute random activity through Date Night Away and was a really good laugh and fun thing to do as a couple. Guy hosting it kept us entertained throughout and taught us loads of different techniques. I felt confident enough to throw multiple axes around my girlfriend with her stood in front of the target by the end of the session but she was not so keen.. maybe next time!

Little surprise activity for the day - AXE THROWING! Really fun experience, the guy who ran the activity was really helpful and chatty which made the experience all the more fun and it was a full hour of games and learning different techniques! Highly recommend!! Thank you Date Night Away!!
