if you fill in your profile with some thought and if you know your manners (at least not being presumptuous and rude to anyone). I had the same negative experience on Datingrestless: no contacts, no answers, no likes, nothing. Things turn around when you find a legit site.

Awful dating site, so restrictive. If a subscriber sends you a messages you can only send the pre made one liners which basically suggest that the person who contacted you gifts you a subscription.

The rules about what you can do are ultra strict. I put on my profile that I hadn’t subscribed so can’t message. The “Restless Team” sent me a message to say I had breached the rules. I put a photo up of me on holiday with my grandchildren but blocked out their faces, I got another email from the Restless Team this time quite rude talking to me like i was a child saying “this is not the first time we have had to edit your profile”. I had only been on the site for a few days we all learn as we go along, their response was unacceptable.

It’s a UK site apparently, it’s badly run, the app and web site are very limited, dull design and clunky.

DO NOT LET THEM TAKE YOUR MONEY BY SUBSCRIBING. YOU’LL BE THROWING IT DOWN THE DRAIN AND WILL BE WASTING YOUR TIME.

This has got to be the worst dating site of all time and I have used 15 different sites since 2007!

As a result of contravention(s) of the site's terms of use, your Rest Less Dating profile, "sirpercival999", has been permanently deleted.

You will not receive any more email from Rest Less Dating at this email address.

My email response sent today to Stuart Lewis (CEO) as follows:

Excuse me? I have not done anything wrong. I only subscribed two 3 days ago!

I demand that you refund me my £59.99 subscription fee today in line with the rules of Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Can you confirm receipt of this email and confirmation that you will refund me today or are going to force me to contact my bank for ‘a chargeback’ plus inform Trading Standards & Trust Pilot of your unprofessional behaviour?


I’ve checked out Trustpilot reviews of the 15 dating sites continuously recommended in glossy magazines & national newspapers ALL OF THEM ARE CRAP!!!

Lying man. Wanted to pleasure himself to sexually explicit messaging. He blocked me twice on whatsapp when we had arranged a videocall (so that I could see he was same as in his profile picture)... I felt unsafe. So many elaborate lies from the "lion tamer" who was looking for his "lioness".

The majority of women are typically conservative, privately educated and somewhat staid in their Profile script. Messages are monitored (definitely) and the women can read all their messages whether a subscriber or not. Men can't read a word(blurred image) until they pay. The site is yet another disastrous waste of time, effort and money. Avoid at all cost.

Don't waste your money. It's an elaborate and a professional scam.

Total waste of time and money. Looking forward to when subscription runs out (only joined for a month) and the rubbish communications will hopefully stop.

I just want to delete my profile as I no longer want it to be visible on this site. This seems impossible and I feel trapped. I no longer subscribe but still receive messages I cannot respond to, which I find stressful. There should be an obvious way to extricate yourself from this site...

SCAMMERS avoid like the plague. They take your money then message you to say there is an issue with your membership. They asked me for photo ID with all my details (passport/driving license) and gave me 24 hours to provide the documents or they will cancel my membership and no refund.
Why on earth would they want ID on top of my bank details? all sounds like an attempt for identity theft.
I made the mistake of not reading their reviews before joining but hey live and learn.

I joined a few days ago. As other have said the interface is poor by modern standards but I could live with that if the people in were actually seeking dates. It’s clear that many are very old going back to covid era! There’s also too many profiles without pics. I thought it would be higher quality like the main Restless app but it’s just a white label of another poor site. Avoid it.

A friend suggested this site but for me it was a waste of time and money.
The interface is dull as another reviewer pointed out and most people don't reply or even read messages.
The speed of interactions is very slow, other sites are much preferable.
I had to block one individual in the 6month period i was subscribed, its expensive so many people don't subscribe which limits their possibilities.
You get favourited by people the other end of the country aswell as messages from distant places.
The quality of the matches can be low, there's lots of stats about what % match you are which is useless until you meet a person. Many lazy people on it who arent dating I think. There is a list of most featured profiles which is 'most favourited' in the last month of men and women. Not sure the point of that if you don't live in their area, are not attracted in any way yourself, it's rather childish like a seaside knobbly knees contest.
Sorry its a fail, I think its not an easy to use site and many sleeping profiles.
Not recommended.

Was sent many email re joining up but when I contacted them for reassurance that they would not have hidden charges (as I had been caught out with another site) I've not heard anything back since. This leads me to be very suspicious, especially as they stated on their 'Contact us' literature, that they would reply within a short time

You’re better off going with a site like plenty of fish, or Hinge, you’ll get more for your money. You get to browse profiles and send one liners but it’s expensive to join for just one month and lots of profiles don’t have photos or have private photos that you can only view with a subscription, a flat dull interface doesn’t help either. Keep your money.

total scam, fake messages from women before they could even see any pictures of me!!!! get real.
Pulled restless up about the identical replies/contacts i received on the same day, despite non of my uploaded pics being visible. Just total and utter bull 5h1t.

I'm still gobsmacked about how absolutely terrible this site is and that it hasnt been closed down yet. I paid for 3 months just to see if it was worth it, it truly isnt. Affter week i got a message from an obvious fake account that asked for photos (which i'd already uploaded) only to find out that none of my photos were 'public' until i had a main photo. I took new photos and uploaded them, same result. I showed these photos to friends and they all said 'i dont see their problem, theyre fine'. But each time I took new photos they were disallowed with very obnoxious replies so asked for my money back but thats not allowed as I had replied to the fake account with a curteous & simple thank you (which was probably the company themselves in order to get out of the money back clause)

Overall? I feel like I went to a restaurant and after taking a mouthful, a waiter ripped the fork out of my hand and said i was holding it wrong. Then after complaining that I paid for the meal and if i want to hold my fork wrong thats my problem not yours, only to be told I cant have a refund for the meal as I already ate a bit.

You may think im complaining because no one replied to me in three months but im genuinely not, I've been on this site for three weeks and already closed my account - they can keep my money and I suggest you keep yours in your pocket

NO VERIF process, all woman are too pretty, receive LONG FAKE EMAILS that are paragraphs long. this is fake/scam app. I prefer Multifriendschat.At least i can talk to real person.
