Tree was cut and shaped beautifully. The team cleared and left site really tidy. A very professional job all round. Very happy.

They cut down branches from my neighbours hedge that were overhanging about 8 to 12 ft into my garden .
There was no communication from the workers informing us that we could not use the back garden for ourselves or to let our dog out. Further more at the end of the day there was no attempt to clean up the mess! Following a phone call to their office we were told the work was not finished and the mess would be sorted.

All went well in completing a number of individual tree actions the team was doubled and worked well to complete the task and I am very pleased with the activity

George and Zack arrived and began work punctually at 08.30, were very engaged and helpful in assessing how the job should be undertaken and the quantity to be removed. In the case of one tree which had been quoted for, after pruning two larger examples, their advice was that it should be left for a further year as it satisfactorily matched the new profiles of those pruned. In lieu, they removed three ornamental shrubs/trees which were ailing etc. In summary, they were altogether professional and delivered a five-star service in approximately half the time which we'd been allocated. Dave Ford's men did a great job as usual. (We have had work done by them several years now.) On time. Did the work as agreed. Good to have around. Helpful and worked to time.The garden was left looking great and neat with lots more room to admire shrubs. The guys cleaned up well after themselves and were obviously skilled in what they did. Good price.

It’s not until something goes wrong that you really see how well a company operates, and David Ford Tree showed they’re top-notch.

We had two trees needing some careful, “sympathetic” pruning to bring them back into shape, and the team did this perfectly. The trees look fantastic.

Unfortunately, during the final stages, an accident happened, and a pane of glass in our greenhouse was broken. The team handled this brilliantly. They made sure all the broken glass was cleared away, and the greenhouse was tidied up before they left.

The office team were on it straight away. They called as soon as it was reported and got the ball rolling. Less than 24 hours later, the glass was replaced, and everything was sorted.

Great service all around—both in the work they do and how they deal with the unexpected. We'll be using them again!

This is the second time we’ve used Dave Ford Tree Care this year - both times it’s been a great experience. The work has been carried out to spec, the guys have always been knowledgeable, tidied up and generally been a pleasure to deal with.

The team were asked to fell a very tall eucalyptus in an area with many surrounding trees, some quite delicate. They took trouble to dismantle the eucalyptus very carefully, and caused no damage to surrounding trees or fences. We were impressed with their skill and the care that they took.

Dave Ford Tree Care provided a professional and timely service, with tree surgeons who were polite and accommodating. They completed the work as specified and left the garden clean. The cost was as quoted, without any unexpected charges. However, there was a slight issue with parking on the main lawn, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, a decent experience.
