Fantastic job done by Dave's team on our dead oak tree. The job proved to be more complex than expected but we were kept fully informed and the team took great care not to damage anything and cleared up really well afterwards. Thoroughly recommend Dave Ford Tree Care.

Just as anticipated the Dave Ford Tree care team arrived punctually. The plan for the work was discussed with me and a risk assessment was then made. There were at least six men working on the team and each clearly knew what they were doing. Before they left, not only did they clear away all bits of tree which had fallen but they swept the patio too. I am thrilled with the work, and almost more, with the attitude of every member of the team. Thank you.

The date on the email said they would arrive on 31/8/2023 at 1pm to do the work. They arrived on 31/7/2023 at 10 am instead ... One month and 3 hours early. Luckily we were home to let them in!!! Apart from a mix up in the office the guys trimmed back the tree as we requested to a high standard and cleared up after leaving the garden looking spick and span!! They were very efficient and respectful. Now we have more light without the over hang of a tree from nextdoor covering half way over the garden. Thank you.

The guys turned up on time and introduced themselves. They were knowledgeable of what was expected of them and set to work with all the tools and equipment for the works, including approaching the works with a safe working attitude.
Any trimmings from the hedges were cleared up and removed leaving us with a completed job and peace of mind.

As usual a great job done and no mess left. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Hi this company did some work on some trees in a communal garden that I am a part of. The committee who look after things employed them to carry out the work without much consultation with anyone else who lives here with some pretty poor results upon completion. I spoke with the committee members and called Dave Ford's office to arrange a site meeting. The dreadful aftermath was all too plain to see though Mr Ford only explained how well trained he was it's a pity he didn't do any of the work himself. The trees in question had been hacked back to nothing forget growth points. The trees had to be removed by another company. I run a small tree surgery business myself and maintain trees to serve the environment so know well enough how to prune trees to allow healthy regrowth and have a site that also allows reviews. Things may have improved since then but the impression I got from Mr Ford was he couldn't have cared less about the poor standard of work as long as he's paid.

A friendly, professional and hard-working team of three removed an unsightly palm and tidied up two other trees that I had neglected. Very pleased with the results.

Very easy to organise. The three guys were helpful, took 16 foot tree down and replanted replacement. Very polite. Cleared up and left everything tidy. All hassle free. Second time of using company fully recommended.
