Very poor durability — it snapped in the middle after just a few months. The after-sales service was also terrible. I wouldn’t recommend buying this.

Wonderful BOGO opportunity and my husband has gifted all 4 umbrellas to his golf buddies for each of their birthdays this year! I had given him one for Christmas the prior year. Amazing quality and gift!

Davek mini was defective when I received it and company refused to stand behind product! Reviews for Davek are NOT from customers. Beware- worst customer service ever!!

Nice umbrella which I expected for that price. Left it under my table in a restaurant and when I went back 20 minutes later it was gone. Messaged in asking to take advantage of the loss protection and was told that unless I’d registered it with the code on the label it had when new, they wouldn’t honour this. An absolute con. The only reason I bought such an expensive umbrella was this protection. I can’t see how a number makes any difference when I can provide proof of purchase.

My umbrella came too late. I have returned and it
was very expensive at USPS $17.00 It was very difficult for me to understand your return policy and i do not think I will order anything again from your company, I did order a mini umbrella but it is also difficult for me to close. Yesterday I returned at USPS.

Love the travel umbrellas so much that I am giving them as my "favorite thing" this year.

We had a difficult UPS problem with their shipping model. Rather than chance the delivery, customer service resent my order so that I would receive it correctly and in time. Decisive!

Ordered a combo pack of Davek umbrellas on Black Friday. During ordering stage the color that I wanted was not shown as out of stock. Only after a few days did someone from "Davek Support" email me to inform me that one of my items had no more stock and I had to choose another color! Typical bait and switch slimy company! They already sell the world's most overpriced umbrella which is probably made in China! Do not recommend!

The online purchase was smooth. The Davek Umbrella is a wonderful product. You will love it!

My umbrella broke for the first time and in 3 days I had a new umbrella at my house!!!

The largest canopy I could find that still fit in my tiny 16" work locker and 15" tool bag. Spring action to open and close. A great rist strap. They can even pit a tracker in the hilt, if you buy it! The have a replacement policy, as well, should issues occur, and you can even get a replacement for cheaper if someone robs you of your umbrella!

It's great in the wind, durable, and doesn't flip. Excellent water protection! It does take time to dry off, but I see no rust issues. It has a hint more weight, but I imagine the hily is meant to balance the canopy to prevent lift off and over-tilt.

I would love to see safety banding, reflective edging, and florescent colors or additions as an option. It's dark up north for 50% of the year.

Wonderfully compact. It also comes with a nice sleeve for storage. Even the box it comes in is nice enough to keep! It gives that jewelry or rare artifact feel — very durable — I could be buying a dirk or short sword!

I would still be wonderful if they made an even bigger one that remained just as long when collapsed, and still had good wind resistance. It could be a semi-automatic, a two or 3 phase semi-automatic, or even require the full length of handle to be twisted on or pulled down from the primary handle.

Nonetheless, I had a specific need, and it was met! Thank you!

I purchased the commuter size umbrella. the device is of good quality and size for its defined purpose. My primary complaint is the button to open and close the umbrella is easily pressed by the holding hand while the umbrella is open, resulting is the umbrella closing and an immediate shower.

I Purchased 2 umbrellas approx 4 years ago, 1 broke and returned it and received a replacement, unfortunately the replacement also broke, I returned it with a tracking # as I did not hear anything from the company for 2 months I sent the tracking no: to you and davek advised that the item has never arrived, but Australia Post have confirmed that the umbrella did arrive at Davek

These are great umbrellas. My thinking is (or was), you pay for quality.

I ordered two Davek Communter umbrellas for a recent international trip. First day in with rain and one of the ribs completely broke rendering the umbrella useless.

I reached out to the company and was directed to their warranty claim link. I must say that Davek’s warranty process was simple, but I was a little put off by the idea that I had to pay to ship a replacement umbrella.

The mini umbrella fits in my purse! I like the security of the tracker. Color is good. I am pleased. I purchased two more as gifts.
