Disappointed
First I ordered your ballerina slippers according to your size chart. I wear a size 39 shoe. They get here and are way too big. Then I can’t exchange them- I have to return them and order a new pair on your website and pay for shipping AGAIN even though your information was wrong. They get here and I have to say after wearing them a few days the quality is very disappointing. The cashmere has stretched out and my foot slips around in them. Now I just got my refund minus shipping. Very very disappointed. Won’t order any Davida products again. Poor quality and poor customer service.

This is the first time we are receiving information about our slippers not being true to size - which makes me think that this might have been a single garment issue. We are truly sorry that you were unlucky with the product.
