We contact this company DAVID ASTBURYS for letting and they play game with us.The staff was rude. They don’t respect their clients. Totally bad experience. Really disappointed!

Had to deal with an emergency in a flat rented our from David Astburys. Oliver Sandamas, our letting contaact with Astburys, responded quickly and efficiently, using a helpful AI tool out of office hours, and then arranging a tradesman to come and fix the problem within a few hours.

As a contractor working with David Astburys, it’s essential for us to have clear and accessible information for all required works, as well as reliable communication with the office should any issues arise. The team at David Astburys consistently provides both.
All staff are a pleasure to work with and are always prompt and helpful in responding to any enquiries.
More recently, we have been dealing with Alejandra Villaola, and we would like to highlight her professionalism. She has been efficient, responsive, and a great point of contact throughout our dealings.
