I have just received this reply ( part of the reply) to my absolute honest account of my customer service experience from this company and I am shocked.
I had to call and email the office on numerous occasions, because of the bad service I was receiving and I just want to be clear that this reply from David Fairley is a complete cover up.
Trust pilot is there for consumers to feedback their experience and sadly David Fairley don’t seem to be able to
Take negative reviews. Why would I make up I had bad service?
Please take this in to account when ordering from them.

Despite ordering these plants 4 weeks ago , these have still not turned up 😞

A very substantial and healthy plant which had been clearly grown by professionals. Arrived well packaged and without any damaged. Very pleased and would recommend this nursery.

Fantastic, healthy plant. Through no fault of their own, it took a week in transit to reach me due to the Mail being hit hard by Covid. David Fairley were even prepared to send another, but the plant was STILL in perfect condition due to such careful packing. Great service. Strong, healthy plant.

I’d never used David Fairley before but the images online were really good and prices seemed reasonable. I bought a few trees and they are in great condition and were delivered promptly. Customer service was great too. I’d definitely use the company again I thought they were fantastic so would highly recommend.

We ordered over 30 plants and all arrived in perfect condition and were all a good size. Delivery was made right up to our garden gate by the driver who was also very helpful with unloading and with additional information regarding plant care.
We would highly recommend David Fairley to anyone looking to restock their garden.

i ordered in excess of £3000 worth of plants including delivery to my house. At the time of ordering it was agreed that access was not possible by articulated lorry, after 2 delays the 5 pallet boxes turned up to my village in an articulated lorry - so we had to either find somewhere else to receive delivery or have yet another delay on delivery and the plants sitting in a haulage yard for 4 or 5 days. I managed to arrange with a local farmer to accept them in his farm yard and he kindly off loaded them with his telehandler and then then transported them in a number of runs on his small lorry to my house a mile away. Given David Farley Gardens messed up i suggested that they might like to pay a token £50 for the hassle so i could thank the farmer with some beers. (it will have saved DFG money as they would have had to reship 5 pallets from essex to hampshire due to their mistake) - DFG have just ignored this request despite chasing. (i thanked the farmer anyway with some beers - but obviously DFG dont care)

Interesting that there was another chris boulter who ordered from DFG the same month but had a 5 star experience, maybe i should contact him to do my ordering in future.

The website had options of different sized tree of the same species which helped with my budgeting. Since I ordered my tree in late December they kept me informed of the inevitable Christmas delivery delays. I changed my delivery address at the last minute which did not cause any problems. The gentleman that brought the tree was clearly knowledgeable about trees and told me how best to care for my purchase. Plus he invited me to drop in and look around their nursery if I so wished. All very good.

Made an online purchase, spoke to David to ask some advice. Very helpful chap indeed explained all I needed to know. Delivery was quick our Monkey Puzzle arrived in good condition.
Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended.

Ordered some trees in December and had them delivered and planted in early January. Good communication, good value, nice job by the team sent to plant them. I'll be using this company again.
