Good product and great customer service

I’m 6’2”, 210 lbs with broad shoulders and chest, and I ordered large after reading through the sizing guide. This jacket fits exactly how I wanted, it’s become my absolute go-to. You can feel the weight and quality immediately, I wear this thing everywhere, casual days at the office and even weekend trips, you name it. Nice company great to deal with!!

This is my 2nd time ordering from this company, and now have 3 of their jackets/coats. The look, quality, and fit are wonderful, and met my expectations. The delivery to my home was within the expected dates, and the pricing is affordable. I will definitely order from them again!

Picked this jacket couple of weeks ago, I work outdoors doing construction management, so I needed something that could handle the elements and still look good enough to wear to site meetings or out after work. This jacket nails both perfectly, it’s incredibly well made, the seams are reinforced, the zippers are heavy duty, and the material is thick enough to block wind. I’ve worn it in rain and cold and even light snow, and it held up flawlessly. After days of regular wear, it’s my favorite jacket, I received many compliments and even referred some of my colleagues to your website, will definitely shop again for myself and even to gift, cheers.

First major purchase of a clothing item online, followed the sizing instructions, measured multiple times, even compared measurements to an old leather jacket that fits me well. Jacket arrived - too big. Not a problem, send it back....the cost of sending it back almost matched the cost of the jacket, $195 NZD to send it back, I paid just over $200 for the jacket. Ended up finding the exact same jacket on TEMU for $70, took a risk and bought that one in the next size down, fits perfectly and is EXACTLY the same down to the stitching(without the branding). Additionally - I initially didn't want to buy from China, i wanted to buy from a reputable brand in the USA, presumably better quality and attention to detail etc. I checked the website - yup David Outwears address was the USA........the jacket was shipped from China from the same city that shipped my Temu version of the jacket..... My advise - buy the same one from TEMU, save yourself some $.
Also a point to note: Shipping time from David outwear - 15 days, Shipping time from TEMU 5 days.

I am very satisfied with the product I received, it is exactly as it appears in the picture.

I bought a Survival Cotton Jacket, leather jacket and leather gloves, their quality is so unreal, it's beyond perfection, I love them!!, they all fit perfectly, I'm 5'6" with 200 lbs, size medium.

I'm always skeptical about ordering from a new place, but he reviews were good so we gave it a shot, we ordered a Survival Cotton Jacket in large because my husband is tall and thin, we received it and it was too snug so if you're interested in this jacket I'd advise to size up. We had to pay for shipping it back, which I wasn't too happy about, but it clearly states that on the website so it's my mistake, other than that it was a great purchase. I've been in customer service for over 40 years and am quite picky about good customer service, their customer service is top notch. I emailed them about the return, tracking on the new jacket and was answered immediately. Great product, quick shipping and fantastic customer service.... way to go David Outwear!!!

Bought the Engine Leather Jacket from them a few weeks ago and got it about a week ago, great quality and worth the price, a little thinner than other jackets but it pairs well when you're layering up in the winter months
