I had done my skilled worker visa along with my family through DM. They have very respectable team and assist all aspects throughout visa application journey from beginning to end. We just need to fill the application, upload relevant docs over their system. They will take care everything until booking an appointment for biometrics. Ofcourse this was sponsored by my company but they don't involve us for approvals and financial things as they do these things without involving me.
Much appreciated Jesicaa Ault for supporting me over this entire process.
And small improvement, Please respond/communicate to client if you are blocked with employer for an approval or financial thing. So this will help us to follow up such things internally to unblock you.

Jane was brilliant and patiently explained everything in calls and emails to enable me to understand the process. At the beginning experience was not great with delay in response and all, but once I was moved onto Mustafa Warsame and Bethany Millward for (portal access), it was exceptional. First part was probably down to the advisor, because after that everything was smooth.
Even advised on things that were outside the domain like my family application and all. I had made an error while submitting my application but Mustafa helped put my mind at rest and suggested how to go about sorting it.
All in all very helpful, up-to date and knowledgeable. Will surely recommend them.
