Problem solved

There was a delay on the delivery but that was fine because I was kept up to date with regular email and everything happened as they said it would. The product is high quality.

Not the best experience.

When I purchased my item I was looking for a specific item and no one seemed to have it. When I found this site it seemed legit and wouldn't take too long to arrive. So I went ahead and ordered from the site, however I did not receive an invoice right away. I had to email the company which routed me to another company, KJ Beckett. From there I had to create an account just to reach someone, via email. The response time wasn't too long but the whole process was just an inconvenience. I was charged an international fee since the company is based overseas. I did not actually see the price of my item until I looked at my credit card statement, even though I selected US as my method of payment on the site. The shipping took about a week and a half which wasn't to bad. The product seems good and is exactly what I ordered. Overall not terrible but could have been way better.

Just to clarify an account isn’t a requirement to contact ourselves at Customer Services via email.

An invoice isn’t issued immediately as they come directly with your package but your order confirmation will contain your order value which is sent shortly after the order has been placed.

As discussed in private message with yourselves we have refunded the overseas International fee directly to your account and we hope you are happy with the suggestions we proposed and after sales service you received.

Purchased a tie slide

Purchased a tie slide. The delivery was very quick and I was delighted with the tie slide when it arrived. It was packaged in a beautiful box.

Quality of cuff links we received was…

Quality of cuff links we received was wonderful - purchased the Welsh Dragon ones for my partners 30th birthday. He absolutely loved them. Unfortunately they took a bit longer than shipping guidelines suggest (5-7 days internationally - we’re in Australia) we received item 12 business days later (17 after placing order). Customer care was helpful when I queried arrival time, but if purchasing internationally give yourself extra time if required for a specific date. Would definitely purchase from here again.
