I bought a tap from this company it has…

I bought a tap from this company it has lasted 6 months do not use them I contacted customer services and got told he was on holiday and no one else could deal with it and now they have stopped responding shocking customer service DO NOT USE I did not use threatening behaviour I only said I would go to trading standards as the tap is not fit for purpose

I had a problem with one of the fryers…

I had a problem with one of the fryers overheating and tripping out after over a year’s use in a busy cafe. I contacted the Davlex Team and despite being out of warranty, I received prompt replies and support.
It’s now fixed and working again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I bought a grill that only lasted 6 months. My restaurant relies on it every day. When I informed them it had broken they should have sent a replacement and collectedup the broken one.

Expecting a customer to package and pay for returning huge items is ridiculous! The product they sold is faulty and the customer should not be penalised further for this.

No contact number, you just get fobbed off with copied and pasted emails.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Good griddle, late dispatch, arrived damaged but operational, instructions could be clearer.

Website said next working day delivery. I ordered it at 2:30pm on the 17th, its arrived on the 20th. Tracking indicated it was registered with courier, but parcel wasnt given to the courier for a couple of days.

When it arrived, the botttom was bent in and the 4 rubber feet were all bent inwards. The metal corner pieces the feet are bolted too were bent and some of the spot welds had come loose. I tried as best as possible to bend it back in to shape, its better now but still not right.

The griddle itself is good, pretty solid and works well. Instructions could be clearer, especially about burn off. On one hand it says to first wash with soap and water, but the sheet on the griddle says turn on first, to melt wax covering. The instructions contradict eachother.

So: good griddle, late dispatch, arrived damaged but operational, instructions could be clearer.

Delivery was a day late because of road closures at our premises during the grand national, if any item was damaged by the courier, we arrange for a replacement to be sent but we were not contacted. We are happy that you like the griddle itself.
