Ordered a snow shovel, received a broom instead. Company refused full refund and only offered $4. Very misleading and unacceptable. Avoid.

Terrible company, false advertising!
I paid £43 for a back to the future calendar. They advertised it to make you believe you were getting mini pop figures in each door when really they were just tiny pieces of plastic. The calendar was worth no more than £5 if that!!! Total rip off, do not use this company!

Company is a scam, refusing to give refunds, false advertising and sending products that are of a shocking quality.
Still trying to get a refund out of them.

Absolute rip off. misleading and terrible advent calendar with horrible cheap little 2D prizes. They made it look like 3D toys. Cost a fortune and every prize had fallen to the bottom so every little advent door was empty. Even the picture on the box is some weird AI version that doesn't even look at all like the person it is meant to be. This must be very illegal surely. Please don't waste your money

I ordered the advent calendar and is the smallest paper bottle of champagne. It was a paper picture and that's it.

They would not issue a full refund even though the product is not as advertised. It'll cost me half the price of the product to ship.

I've never been so angry/disappointed with a company.

Package “came from Italy” but by the time I received it, it had a shipping label from Chicago over the original shipping label. When I opened it, it was NOT the item I ordered. Contacting the “customer service” they said “returning item may be expensive for you”, I wanted a refund, they offered $5 on and originally $50 order, when I refused that compensation, took 2 days I finally got another response and they offered me $8 with “I really tried my best”. Such a scam I will NOT EVER get anything from them again, it was going to be a gift. Now I have to find something else.

I buy a calendar avvent of Back To The Future, The first time it didn't arrive, then reorganised, arrived of poor quality.
Misleading image, price too high for what arrived.

when you complain they just send you a mail saying they resend your order and sent me a random virus filled mail with a tracknumber for a parcel from 2022 to a random guy in US im in Denmark (-:
DONT buy from this company its a scam and operated by criminals

I ordered an advent calendar, which took nearly a month to reach the UK (if it actually did!) Only for the tracking updates to stop and no advent calendar has arrived. Contacted customer support, and they advised I needed to wait, and they'd get another out to me urgently... As urgent as the first? I'll get it by next Christmas!

I've instructed my bank to claw the money back and would urge everyone to avoid this company, like the plague!

I ordered a Jeep Anniversary Advent Calendar and received a Porsche Advent Calendar. Costumer service will not send correct item unless I pay to have the wrong one sent back. Also the offered me $5 to just keep the wrong item I argued back and forth about how it was their mistake not mine and all they will offer is $15 refund and keep the wrong item. I paid $37 total. Never ever will I do business again with them

They will send you wrong products. And when you contact them and want the correct product they will lying you in front of your face. They will write you that the wrong product is the correct product.

I asked for your money back and they are still providing me with a load of bovine faeces.

I ordered some make up bags. They sent me a bracelet. I asked them to send the correct product or refund me and they refused to do either. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and I was refunded the money. Then today, Dawnegy fraudulently charged my card again for the same amount. Horrible company!

Ordered a make up bag for my daughter for Christmas the beginning of December and 30 days later it has yet to arrive. When I reached out to customer service, they sent me a tracking number which at first showed the item was coming from Spain however, there were no new updates for days at a time. I sent an email to customer service requesting information on where my bag is and they supplied me with a tracking number that showed unable to track went and I clicked on the link. I emailed customer service again, who then simply copy and paste their previous email and resent it to me. I will never buy from this company again.
