🚨WARNING🚨 Do not order from this website!!! They are scammers, frauds and know exactly what they're doing. I ordered from them, took 3 months to arrive. All products had stickers written in Chinese. The odor coming from this package made me sick. My hands became very irritated holding the products. They refuse to refund me and take these products back. I literally don't want them in my house.

Dawn or dusk.com is a scam company committing fraud. They offer aged garlic for a low price and free shipping. They then try to charge a hidden membership fee of 49.00 dollars a day or two later. They never ship a product,no tracking number is ever generated. They then offer to give you 30% of your money back as a courtesy for the order taking so long. When you say no send me the product as advertised and paid for they just automatically give you 30% of your money back and close your order. I don't think from my experience with these fraudsters that they ever ship any product to anybody. They lie in order to get your credit card information so they can falsely bill for 49.00 dollars then only refund 30% of the order's cost. This is mail fraud and credit card fraud and they should be arrested and extradited to the United states to stand trial for these crimes.

I ordered a portable nebulizer and it never came. I reached out and I got a email saying it was in route. That was over a months ago. I have to file a dispute with AMEX. This place is full of shit. Don’t bother

I would leave a negative star review if I could. I placed and payed for my order on July 8th, and was supposed to receive an email saying my order was shipped.i reached out on July 18th asking for an update on my order and was told it has not yet been shipped. Today it's July 23rd and still no email . When I requested a refund, they said they can't give me a refund because it's already been processed. And I'm within 30 days, still no shipping tracking number and they refuse to refund me.

You may request a refund for an Unshipped Order within thirty (30) calendar days of the date on which your Order was placed. To be eligible for a refund under this section, all of the following conditions must be satisfied at the time your request is received:

(a) Your Order must not yet have been dispatched (i.e., no tracking number has been issued);

(b) Your request must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days of the original Order date; and

(c) The item must not be a Final Sale Item, a Subscription fee, or another non-refundable charge listed in Section 4.

Save your money and don't buy from this poorly run website.

As of 07/02/2026, order for 05/12/2026 has never arrived, company refuses refund because item is shipped", tracking number is bogus, decent comms are nothing but form letter replies and bovine scatology.
So DawnorDusk woud like further details of my dissatisfaction with their shopping experience.
Finally, after more of the aforementioned excuses, form letter crap, and hoop jumping, I may have received a refund. Whether it was the correct amount or not I have no idea. Frankly, I was tired of dealing with those folks and I just gave up rather than continue to be aggravated by them.
As of this writing, I have recieved zero explanation of anything, zero apologies for any inconvenience by DawnorDusk. Nor do I want any. I will NEVER (hopefully) do business with them again regardless.

SCAM! My bank is coming for you!

Scammy website offering "discounted" prices with free shipping in exchange for a membership that you don't know you're signing up for until you see repeating charges on your card. I ordered eyelashes in March for$10 which never came and have been charged $150 in "membership" fees at odd intervals, twice in May and once in June. Canceling on their website has not worked since they continued charging after that. They claim a 3 day trial period which makes no sense for a company that doesn't offer anything but products that never ship. What are you supposed to trial in that 3 days which starts when you place an order?
