I have a B&O system my wife bought me…

I have a B&O system my wife bought me many years ago from Dawsons.
It developed a fault. The store sent an engineer around very speedily and solved the problem. Top quality after service.
Also we bought a blue tooth speaker that wouldn’t charge. I took it into the shop and the guy there sorted if without charge in minutes.
The shop is really customer focussed. The range and quality of B&O is really excellent. Thanks for all the help.

Great Customer Service

Great Customer Service - I have bought from this store headphones and earbuds and can honestly say the quality of customer support and help has been terrific, the sales team have given me expert advice and support that have made the whole experience incredibly easy, in particular I would mention Steve in sales who has given me good advice and reflects the high standards of service from Dawson’s, thanks also to Gordon, and Kevin for their help and exemplary support - thanks, a store with high quality products matched by the top quality service - thanks John

Fabulous customer service

Fabulous customer service at B&O/Dawsons in Westbourne. I’ve bought two speakers from this shop and Steve was brilliant in helping me connect a third speaker purchased at another outlet to my WiFi when I was having issues. I couldn’t recommend Steve and this shop highly enough.

Superb service

Superb service, care and attention from start to finish. A Project turntable and Core installed to work with my existing B and O system seamlessly. All perfect! A slight technical niggle that Kevin and Tristan sorted immediately. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!
