Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter directly with the company, I have not received a satisfactory response when i will recieve my orders .
On June 16, 2024, and July 24, 2024, I placed two separate orders for two inverters and three batteries. While the inverters were delivered, the batteries have not yet arrived. Initially, the company informed me that delivery would take two months, although their website advertises a 15-day shipping period. However, eight months have now passed, and despite sending numerous follow-up emails, I have yet to receive an update on when my order will be fulfilled,if i can be refunded even be compensated

DAXTROMN POWER, une marque A EVITER. Premier onduleur reçu , pas le bon. Il a fallut que je me batte pour qu’ils m’en envoient un autre. Deuxieme onduleur reçu : il ne fonctionne pas correctement. Le chat du SAV se moque de moi depuis 2 moi, mais rien n’avance.
N’achetez surtout pas cette marque. Ce n’est pas cher mais ça ne vaut meme pas le prix payé ?

DAXTROMN POWER, a brand TO AVOID. First inverter received, not the right one. I had to fight to get them to send me another one. Second inverter received: it does not work properly. The after-sales chat has been making fun of me for 2 months, but nothing is moving forward. Do not buy this brand. It's not expensive but it's not even worth the price paid?
