The lost batteries
The delivery was fast and ordering was easy. However, when the package arrived, the box was crushed and I lost a pack of batteries because they fell out. I don't think it left your warehouse this way, but I will still consider purchasing again in the future.

Broken brush
The makeup brush was broken when it arrived, so maybe you need to put it in a hardcase and not just in a plastic bag when sending it out to customers.
