Lamps were delivered promptly and well packaged

The staff at Dayclear lighting in Daybrook have been nothing but helpful and kind to me during my experience of buying a floor standing lamp.

I can't recommend them enough, great company and staff.

It's the 20th April placed my order 14th April still not received apparantly drivers are ill at parcel force and stuck at Rotherham. May see my Laura Ashley Lamps on Monday. Will see!

The website was very easy to navigate and only took a couple of minutes to process the order. I ordered the Laura Ashley Harrington wall lights. They were delivered quickly and well packaged. I had an email confirming shipping and could track the items. The lights look absolutely beautiful. I would order from this company again and intend to do so soon.

Could not have been better. From the moment I placed my order the service was great. Phonecalls to check the delivery address, making sure I'd recieved it. Couldn't fault them at all, super speedy too. Haven't got the light out of the box yet but its well packaged. I wholeheartedly trust that if we had any issues these guys would help us resolve it. We need more lighting for our reno and I'm sure we'll order here again! Thanks again!

The customer service we received for our order of a large ceiling pendant light was first class.
They postponed the delivery to coincide with our return from a holiday and immediately resolved a matter of the shade a little squashed in transit. A new shade was quickly despatched and labelled to state no heavy items to be placed on top. Can recommend this company 100%

Very helpful and knowledgeable team who thoughtfully contacted us after our initial purchase to help us with the matching light bulbs. Delivery on time. Looking forward to putting up our new lighting in the next couple of weeks.
