This is a product with a premium price but the replacement reeds are the cheapest you could find. Compared to the original ones, they are too long, much thinner and are plain wood rather than black. They are essentially unusable with the original container. £29 is a lot for a diffuser refill and sending these reeds is penny pinching in the extreme.
