I paid for 4tickets yesterday for blackpool beach, up till now I’ve not gotten my ticket, I’ve texted and emailed them still to no avail. They are scam

I ordered 4 x tickets for Alton Towers for £156, I never received the tickets but the money was taken from my bank account. I have tried contacting the company via email, telephone and WhatsApp but have not had a response. I believe this is a scam company

I bought 2 tickets for Kew Gardens but when we arrived the bar code wouldn’t scan at the gate. Instead it just kept saying ‘invalid ticket’. I emailed to report this but have had no response.

This was an amazing experience. I booked 10 tickets to go to alton towers. Everything was perfect from start to finish. As soon as payment went through I was emailed the tickets instantly. Then at the gate they worked first try. Thank you days out. I will book with you again

Thank you for an excellent service and quick response by email with informations at Legoland. Unfortunately we don't have much rides after long queue I guess summer school holiday is nightmare, its a bit expensive tickets but worth it! And also we find useful with Klarna which we can't pay full which is massive help.
Will use this again in the future for Windsor Castle 🏰

Same price as booking direct, dispute the claimed offer price, and after seeing these reviews, will use legoland direct

Bought tickets for sea life Brighton and needed to change the date of my tickets. Days out dealt with my request through WhatsApp and changed them immediately. Really happy with the service

awful experience. Their system failed so I don’t have any tickets for tomorrow. No refund yet so no money to buy more tickets and child’s day ruined. Book directly with venues - their systems are better

Booked some tickets for Blackpool pleasure beach at the weekend. Tickets weren’t issued from bpb for a tech reason. Used the WhatsApp service to sort things out. Excellent/immediate response by daysout support.
