Criminal. You need to chat or call with them to cancel, no one speaks English only Spanish. Also they refuse refunds. Stay away

I was extremely dissapointed with the account cancellation process in DAZN Spain. While they claim you can cancel anytime, they don't tell you that you can't just do it online as it is possible in other DAZN sites. At one point you need to either chat with a rep (more than an hour on hold and nobody answered, it was around 6 PM) or call them . Had a lot of trouble with someone who had trouble with spelling in Spanish (not his first language) , had to switch to an English-speaking person who eventually solved the problem. Also they have the 30-day cancellation rule, so you better know your dates or you'll be paying the difference between your 30 day window and your last payment date. By the way, it is getting pricier and no longer carry some important football competitions such as the Champions League.

The process for cancellation is in gross violation of the Digital Services Act (DSA - Regulation (EU) 2022/2065).
The cancellation option is through a maze, and to cancel you have to chat with them. And the chat is them ignoring everything you say and trying to push you not to cancel.
If you need to update your payment method, only way is through signing up for a subscription....
Signing up for Dazn is like installing a virus into your life. Just don't do it.

No offering of english commentary even though they vaguely said they do, biggest problem is canceling the subscription by phoning or chatting to an agent.

How a company acts like this is beyond me, real predatory practises.

Absolute garbage company. Only offers content in spanish, when spain has millions of international citizens. The contract cancellation process is totally nuts where you have to speak to an agent via chat or phone to cancel the subscription. They even trap you in a work flow that make you feel like you have cancelled the sub when in fact you have not. The agent on the chat (Marouaneel Baghozi) deliberately drags out the chat to piss me off. I must have written "Cancel it" atleast 10 times in the chat and every time i get another bullshit reply.

Impossible to cancel your subscription.
You can't do it via their website, but have to do it with their "customer service". I had to talk to 3 employees, all of whom spent 10 minutes trying to sell me something else, even though I said in big letters that I wanted to cancel.

You pay 30 euro subscription and get ton of ads on top of that. Terrible experience that makes piracy more appealing.

Cancelled subscription within 14 days, still taking money, despite me cancelling they won’t do anything. Thankfully I’ve paid on credit card so they’re now dealing with it to return my money & block them taking any further money. AVOID

Worst experience, support and customer service throughout history. It's mind boggling that these companies still exists. Charging customer, but freeze's the account. What a joke

Do not subscribe. They take subscription fees without permission and will not refund despite confirming they will.
My husband had a game pass for NFL and the account was transfered over to Dazn without an option to cancel his account. Dazn set up auto-renew subscription without asking permission but sent an email advising that £159 would be taken automatically if he did not cancel. We cancelled via chatbox on the Dazn website as there was (conveniently) technical issues with the account interface, and received confirmation Dazn would turn off auto-renew.
One week after cancelling Dazn took £159 from our account and we have now filed for a refund with our bank. We are lucky that our bank has refunded us the money so now Dazn owe the bank and not us. Good luck with trying to con them, Dazn.
Avoid at all costs.

Been trying for some time to watch and pay for the Joshua fight - yes DAZN - I want to pay you money!. Not possible as payment method is not working. This is the only time this has failed - it has to be you. Please sort it out.
