first order here was lighting quick this one not quite took nearly a week

Never received my item!
Left numerous messages via the online chat and emailed to which I've had no reply.
Tried to ring the customer number which is telling me it's an invalid number!..

Bought a few items with no issue then few weeks ago ordered pair of air forces stil not arrived numerous emails and instagram messages with no reply will not be ordering again

packaging and postage wait time was not great…

I ordered Nike tech fleece for my son’s bday, while I ordered L tracksuits, bottoms came L but the top M. Terrible customer service. I have sent dozens of messages to the chat and no answer, numerous phone calls and phone is always off. I am stuck with different size tracksuits and my son can only wear the bottoms due to his height, M is way too short on the arm length. Cannot express enough the disappointment. I read this online store is legit but to me seems scam. I also have questions on the genuinity of the product due to labelling etc. I now bought a new tracksuits, from Nike this, and I’m out of pocket and bitter feelings because of them. Horrible in every sense

The quality of the tracksuit was unreal & the Nike trainers were lovely, would highly recommend and will definitely be ordering in the future! Also, absolutely love the professionalism from the Insta Gram customer agent!

I really want to thank DAZONE for their excellent customer service ! I ordered a pair of Jordan’s for my brother’s birthday last week and arrived today new and in perfect conditions. In time for him his birthday on Friday! Thanks DAZONE staff.

I bought a pair of Air Max 95 x Corteiz which I have received in really good quality. I legit checked them and the shoes were 100% real.

Never recieved my order, I contacted them by mail and instagram. No response

I must say their pre-sales communication is brilliant via instagram, however that all changes once there’s an issue.

I ordered a pair of trainers just before Christmas 2023, on receipt i noticed there was no proof of authenticity. To date 26/01/2024 i have sent 2 emails and 2 instagram messages all of which have been ignored.

Normally i wouldnt be to bothered however their website clearly states they provide ‘proof of authenticity’ with every order.

I tried a different company before to get some military black jordan’s and i didn’t have a good experience at all. I ended not even receiving the shoes I ordered it was all a big mess. I did some searching and found dazone on google. I saw they just restocked these not long ago so i got a pair. Highly recommend honestly. Super speedy delivery i was actually really stunned. Great communication too they understood i was anxious from previous experience & kept me assured at all times and also answered every question i had in detail. Only downside is you have to message on instagram to get a quick reply. Their customer service email times is a bit poor.

Very happy with my orders so far. In my last order I got 2 pairs of shoes black cat and military black jordans from the autumn restock. No issues and legit as always but delivery times seem to be getting abit longer now. It used to be next day arrival now they take days so i recommend to use express delivery like i did but that costs a fiver which is abit expensive for postage ngl. But overall I would recommend this site

Grabbed 2 pairs of red thunder’s from this guys. No scam no fufu💯. Delivery was nextday and the shoes are legit and they came wid reciept of authentication. Sold one on marketplace for quick £100 proff. Deffo recommend these guys fr. If they can keep their prices low they got a new loyal customer fr💯

I’m going to be honest. At first I thought dazone.store was sketchy. Especially because it’s a small business with not much of a big following. My first ever purchase was airforces and it took a while for it to arrive, ( I thought I got scammed ) I had to message dazone.store about not receiving my item. They eventually managed to give me my item and gave me a discount for my next purchase. My next recent purchase was there latest drop ( syna and airforce bundle ) and I must say they got me buying a bundle and I received it within a week. I’m happy with the products I received and way happier than when I received my first product.
- communication is great
- customer service is good
- delivery time is ok/fair
Overall I can say that they haven’t scammed me or done anything for me not to trust them. I have even decided to buy one more bundle since I loved the first bundle that I’ve received.

Great items sold with good material would 100% buy again
