Very helpful

Needed my check ASAP gave there phone line and one of there team did answer me. After payment everything was smooth, uploaded my ID stuff using there mobile app which was also very smooth. Got my certificate in the post. All in all a nice simple service

Done it all online with my iphone very efficient service

Application process was user friendly, got my ID uploaded 2nd time round after some issues with the phone. Results come through this morning

Fast response, excellent service

They have tried to make amends. After my negative review and distress trying to get my money back, DBS have offered a refund in response to me removing my negative review. I compromised at an update. I did receive a number of calls, albeit at awkward times with no way of returning the call, which was also frustrating.
However, in the end they have returned my money and been true to their promise to do so. I apologise for taking so long to amend my review.
So whereas I would not recommend DBS, there is at least an attempt to ultimately be honourable.

Paid premium service for a 12h service, no response received after 48 hours since the order was placed and I made multiple enquiries, complaints and refund requests....total waste of money and time!!

After three weeks we have still yet to receive the DBS check. It was supposed to be a 24 hour service. I have called multiple times and left voice mails. I missed the deadline for the application now. I am a very unhappy customer.

Fake fake i applied for enhanced dbs check got email from them saying only do basic check for me , asked them for refund they avoid it so quick to take payment so hard to return still waiting to get £84 back from them avoid this company as much as you can !

Reported to the government for Dishonest business practice under the 2006 Fraud Act. Hopefully they can sort this out and charge the owner of the business. As like others have stated this company took £84 and never responded to a phone call or email. Also never received a number to corelate to the DBS Check itself. Update to this review, I have been refunded the £84 and have been called twice to remove this review, I hope this update is enough and hope that I receive no more calls from this company.

Quick, easy, very helpful and responsive

Ordered a 24H DBS check on 27th. Not contact since. Paid £84. Tried calling, phone goes to voicemail. Someone get back in touch with us as soon as possible. #143289

Overall a good experience. The process could be a little easier, I.e uploading required documents at the time of submission. It was a little over the stated timeframe on the website, but still a great turnaround.

DBS Checks got my DBS certificate to me this morning. They called and explained followed kindly with a 50% refund which was greatly accepted.

I am feel grateful because I apply my DBS last Oct 2 wed night so they work 2 days for this, now is oct 7 Monday I receive email from this company they already done my DBS is on our way to my address and send me certificate for my DBS and i can used this to show to the company i re apply trust this site and take you for the right place/
