From the very beginning we’ve had nothing but problems with this company the staff clearly don’t have a clue what there doing when I asked for the CEOs email address and was given (managerdcb.org.uk) which when repeated to phill (CEO) he admitted we was given a fake email address they are always ignoring enquiries on there app which bare in mind is supposed to be a way they respond quicker when they merged with the credit unions they stated that members would be better off and there would be more options but when asked what “more options” they cannot answer it. Laura or Launa is the name of the lady who is giving out false information when trying to explain the situation she just speaks over you constantly repeating “yes” as if she cannot be arst to listen to what you have to say. Credit checked twice even tho they was informed they didn’t need to credit check they still decided to go ahead anyway resulting in more points being deducted from credit history also affecting the chances of other loans/credit
May I add when you work a company as you do there isn’t room for mistakes you are handling other people’s money you say you are trying to help your customers but with what you have shown you do nothing but put them in a worse situation.
Within the third day of opening all staff had to go back into training for a full day and even after they had completed there training they still proceeded to be rude over there phone lines. The communication skills between the staff and bosses is appalling one person says you have to wait 3 months in between loans but then the big “CEO” claims he didn’t know that and he believes that’s to long for members to wait so all credit union members was fooled into all of this. It is very clear this company was failing or struggling and that is why they have merged with them credit union memebers was better off without this company there was way more options even more help and assistance with credit unions

I applied for a loan in the morning with Derbyshire Community Bank as I needed medical assistance and could not get any support from family or friends.
By the afternoon with tears in my eyes of thankfulness, I receive an email asking me to sign below acceptance of a loan.

I have used DCB for many of years now and I've never had a problem with lovely staff always happy to help and the loan application are always quick replies and usually paid with in the same day.

I have been using this service for over 10 years now and the customer service and help provided couldn’t be any better. Always my go to place for loans and savings. Easy to fill the it the application and is Quick with the application process.
