It's refreshing to deal with a company that supplies quality parts in the specified time at very reasonable prices. Ordered sliding door tracks, rollers, hangers and stops on Monday morning, which arrived at 10am Tuesday (in Kent). All good quality, heavy duty components. Will be using this supplier again.

Ordered many powder coated black tubing with numerous fittings which I used for exterior balustrades. Staff were extremely helpful and really impressed with every item being very well wrapped when delivered the next day after ordering.

Gate arrived with part of it bent. I asked for an exchange but they wouldn’t do that. Offered to send a video to show me how to straighten it and also offered a small compensation. I’m female 77 years old and I don’t think straightening an option. No compensation received and they stopped responding to emails. VERY VERY POOR customer service and I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

What a lovely and super helpful company! They had something specific that perfectly fitted my needs and although it was a tiny order for them they still treated me excellently! Very happy thank you. The 75mm Flat Steel Disc could not have fitted more perfectly in upcycling our old Ford Zephyr engine block into a lamp!

Excellent Customer Service!! I ordered four metal disks and forgot the screws. On phoning to ask to add them so I didn't have to pay another £9 delivery, they added the screws but didn't charge as the credit card payment was already through.

I have made three orders so far and everything is great and reasonably priced. Delivery is normally next day and postage costs are really good too. I keep finding things that I didn’t know I needed and am starting projects because of it, thank you.

Ordered 3 times from them great delivery always correct parts.
Placed order and order 4 parts one size and 2 another. Customer services phoned me asking if it was correct as past orders were always size A..
I'd ordered wrong parts!!! They changed it and sent right ones with rest of order.
