Very good communication Drew up plans for units required .Martin came on day booked .fitted bedroom units to our satisfaction .He came back within an hour of our call to sort out a slight issue(of our making)

A pleasure to work with David and his team. We are delighted with our new kitchen, the craftsmanship is amazing and it fits perfectly in the space we have. Communication has been great, all our questions and queries were answered promptly which we are grateful for. His entire ‘team’ including all the various trades interact together seamlessly to the highest standards of workmanship and on schedule – their attention to detail is outstanding and they proactively resolved a couple of unforeseeable challenges which arose during the course of the work without any issue or drama.

We received excellent service from this company. The design phase was handled really well. We enjoyed the chance to visit the kitchen show room where Kirk spend time helping us to look at all the options and he consistently provided good advice. Martin the fitter was cheerful and hard working and any queries or issues were dealt with swiftly. The company were adaptable and flexible, as they had to fit in with the many other trades and works going on as part of our house refurbishment. The quality and finish of the kitchen is exactly as we were expecting and we love what this company have helped us to achieve.

The quality of the kitchen fitting is exceptional ! From the cupboards to the beautiful Quartz work tops. I also had them to come back to fit me an intergrated washer and dryer and doors etc. Kirk, the Kitchen designer was so helpful for everything, was organised in a few weeks. So from start to finish with Kirk the kitchen designer and the gentleman on the day, they did a perfect job of also doing me an extra door,a plynth and shelf . Thanks . Dave

Our kitchen is stunning! We are over the moon with the end result. We cannot thank David and his team enough. David for the design and recommendations, to Martin who did a amazing job, the craftsmanship is faultless. To Ian and Tom who did a brilliant job with the plumbing and electric. We would highly recommend David Charles Ltd for their exceptional standard of quality, workmanship, professionalism and friendliness. I decided to wait until the job was complete to see the end result, it took my breath away and was better than I could ever have imagined. It definitely is my dream kitchen!

We selected David Charles to design and fit our new kitchen and we are very happy with the result. The design process was smooth, professional and we received some great advice and guidance that resulted in a design that we love. The fitting started on the day promised and the old kitchen was quickly removed. Our fitters, Martin and Archie, could not have been better. They started on time every day, were super friendly and most importantly did a fantastic job. They were very communicative and coordinated the electrician, plumber and decorator so there were no unnecessary delays. They consistently checked that we were happy at every stage of the fitting. The job was completed on schedule and there have been no quality issues whatsoever. Great job guys, thank you!

Good communication from start to finish. Really helpful with making the most of planning a small kitchen and the kitchen and workmanship are of a very high standard. All the staff we have encountered have been professional and friendly and all jobs were done promptly and on time.

From start to finish, the communication from David and the team was exemplary. David was knowledgeable, full of ideas, and provided great advice throughout the process. At the same time he accommodated our wishes and was understanding when we asked to make amendments to the original design. We are absolutely delighted with the look and quality of our new David Charles kitchen, and would thoroughly recommend their services.

Can’t praise David and his team highly enough, from our first meeting until the hand over of the completed kitchen we received nothing but the highest standard of workmanship and professionalism.
At the design stage David listened to our wishes, guided us as to how best to achieve them and came up with a kitchen that met all our wishes, amazingly at a price we could afford.
Martin and Archie fitted everything skilfully and with good humour, nothing was too much trouble and nothing phased them. Lights and a sink to washup in during installation – done, removal of rubbish without using a skip – done, not a problem to these two.
Electrical work by Ian all sorted with good humour, to time and in a very professional manner.
Highly recommend DC Kitchens if you want a bespoke “proper job”.

From start to finish David was excellent. We were very impressed by our visit to The Design Centre with David to look at the quaility of the kitchens. Once we had chosen the units, handles & work top David & his team came up with a design after spending time with us asking what we particularly wanted or didn’t want. A date was then set for the schedule of work and this was seamless. Every trade that visited was professional and friendly.
We are very happy with the finished result.

We were given a date for the work and everything ran exactly to the promised timetable. The design of the kitchen was modified and optimised based on our specific requirements, nothing seemed to be a problem (even some post fitting additions we decided to add on). David Charles Ltd covered all of the different components of the work, from design, engineering assessments, removal of internal walls, electrical, plumbing, plastering, fitting and supply of worktops etc (i.e. we dealt directly with David Charles for all components of the job). All of the team were highly professional, whilst being very easy to have working in our home. They were highly communicative during the work, we were informed of everything that was being done, with the team working the hours required to get the project finished on schedule. The finished product was exactly what we wanted, and after care was excellent.
We would highly recommend selecting David Charles Ltd. We will use them for future projects in the house without hesitation.

From start to finish our experience with this company was seamless with professional staff at hand throughout who were very supportive listen to what we wanted and given suggestions where needed and all aspects of the kitchen was of high quality.
Communication was excellent through texts, email, phone calls and personal visits I could not praise the staff at this company enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

The guys at DC Kitchens made the whole process a joy; the patience that was shown by David and Kirk through the design process left us confident that we would end up with the right kitchen solution.
The fitters were true carpenters and the job Martin and Archie did was perfect, we have high standards and they were met.

We actually had our kitchen designed and fitted approx 2 years ago! However, we didn't get around to leaving a review at the time, unfortunately - we've therefore adjusted the date on this review, so we can provide our feedback...

We are over 2 years in and I can say that we are still as delighted now as we were when we first set eyes on our new kitchen!

We only have a small, galley kitchen and it was old fashioned and well overdue for an update - around 20 years overdue!

David was exceptionally good at talking us through our wish list, and also offering up some suggestions and design ideas that we hadn't thought of. The team were reliable and always turned up when they said they would - the whole project went like clockwork. We chose a modern take on the shaker style, in a pale dove grey with white marble wortops and gold door furnishings.

As well as looking brilliant, the kichen is also very practical and durable. We have plenty of storage, all surfaces are easy to clean and are scratch-free after 2 years. The only thing we would have done differently is arrange for a decorator to paint the kitchen walls once the kitchen fitting had been done - our fault, as we didn't organise this and it took us a while to complete it ourselves (ie my husband! :) )
