Scam - DCMdirect.co.uk

Total scam. Ordered a DJI drone on the 16th Dec 2025 for £499.99. Webpage said delivery should be on the Fri 19th Dec but later in the day received an email stating a note had been added to my order and it will be delivered on the 22nd December. On the 20th December I received an email saying my order had been cancelled and will be refunded within 14 days. I have emailed, chat botted, and phoned many times but never received an answer or reply. No refund received either. I've been in contact with my bank who are going to do a 'charge back' in order to get my money back. I tried a final phone call today 7/1/26 but same old 'We are busy and leave a message'. Their website is still offering Christmas deals so take my advice and avoid at all costs.

This company is a scam, avoid at all costs, tried to buy a drone, order got cancelled, then told I had been refunded £500, never received my refund, in contact with my bank now, please be careful
