The item ordered was clearly stated as made-to-order and non-returnable before purchase. This information was shown on the product page, within our Terms & Conditions, and was explicitly agreed to via a mandatory checkbox at checkout.
Under UK consumer law, made-to-order items are exempt from the cooling-off period, and our decision was therefore correct and in line with the terms agreed at the time of purchase.
If there had been a genuine issue with the item, such as damage or an incorrect part supplied, we would of course have offered a refund or exchange.

Had my Golf R Mk7 fully colour changed with a Sherwood Green vinyl wrap at DC Prestige and couldn’t be happier with the result. The finish is spot on and the attention to detail across the whole wrap really shows.
From start to finish the process was straightforward, communication was great and the turnaround time was excellent. The car looks completely different now and gets attention everywhere it goes. Would highly recommend DC Prestige to anyone looking for a professional vinyl wrap or colour change.
Cant wait to get my carbon diffuser to finish the build off.
