Jamie was absolutely amazing

Jamie was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to resolve the issue that was preventing my loan application from being processed. Thanks to her persistence and dedication, everything was fixed, my application was processed, and my loan was approved.

If it hadn't been for Jamie, I would have gone with a different lender. The representatives I spoke with before her were dismissive and not helpful, which made the experience frustrating. Getting transferred to Jamie completely changed everything. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me. She turned what had been a stressful experience into a positive one.

Jamie is a true asset to your company, and I can't thank her enough for the exceptional customer service she provided.

Amazing service!!!

Amazing service! The agent I spoke with on the phone went above and beyond to help me in every way possible. The entire experience was professional, friendly, and stress-free. Based on the outstanding customer service I received, I will be using DCU for all of my banking needs going forward. Highly recommended!

Connor’s 5 Star Service!!

Connor’s business acumen is amazing, complimented by the patience of Jobe.
I’ve been with DCU since 1998, and have nothing but praise for this institution and its service representatives such as Connor. Five Stars to both Connor and DCU!

If I could give 6 stars I would!

Anyone and everyone with whom I had the pleasure to deal were the most kind, courteous, competent, and knowledgeable people. This was a 6 Star experience actually. Thanks to Julie, Joe, and Sanja (sorry if I misspelled). You were all amazing human beings!
