Potential fraud notice
I was notified about potential fraud on my credit card. I was in the middle of entering my card details online and was interrupted for a while which must have triggered an alert. When I finished entering the details, my card was denied. I contacted DCU via their chat app. The rep was very polite and thorough. She reviewed my records and contacted another rep. She checked that I verified the current transactions, and then let me know that my card was not blocked, so I can try again. DCU has always had great service.
I had a serious account security issue…
I had a serious account security issue and at 930pm on 06/29/26 and there was no problem getting to a representative, which shocked me to tell the truth..lol.
I got Jessica and she was AWESOME!, she helped me trouble shot it over the phone and brought in other qualified techs to help me with my online security issue. Jessica and I worked on both ends, her telling me what to do while taking care of the other issues on her end. I have to say that THIS was THE best customer service experience I have ever had...AND it involved a foreign account trying to obtain access to both my checking and savings! I went from freaking out to calm and collective after Jessica calmly talked me through it and secured my account and helped me plug any possible holes in my accounts security. All in all I think DCU and Jessica REALLY stepped up and kept my account secure and even more gave me piece of mind!...thank you VERY much!
