No one reply to me from costumer service. The parcel was late.

I can't review the item, because I never received it!

Item never shipped, and they completely ignored my communication about where the item was/what happened to my order.
PayPal had to refund me.

Absolutely terrible company to deal with, I never received my purchase and all my emails were ignored.
Luckily I paid with PayPal so was able to get my money back

They have never sent my order, it's been 2 month and afe now completely ignoring my emails !

I was extremely excited about the selection of toys in this shop and placed a $90 order USD. After about a month and a half of waiting, I emailed and asked for a status update of my package. After no response, I opened a ticket on the website to try and resolve the issue. Again, no response. I sent my last email two days ago and got this email asking me to review. At this point, I will be filing a charge back. Save your money.

I truly wish I could give a 0 star review but it won't let me. I placed my order on July 14th 2022 and I waited the x amount of days before I contacted the shop about my order not showing up through their support email. I waited 3-5 business days before writing to their Instagram and then another email giving more detail and screenshots of the past email and Instagram dms. I still received nothing from them. They are still posting on their Instagram of people who promote their products. It's truly disgusting how their scamming customers who aren't their brand ambassadors but choosing to care for their brand ambassadors more. They are a scam and not worth time and effort. Ps I'm thinking of suing the company because this is gross.
What can this company do better? Restart the whole brand get an actual customer service team and take care of everyone and not just your ambassadors.

Been almost 2 months since I placed my order and there have been no no updates in the progress. No one has answered my support request for information or to cancel the order.

Littleraly emailed customer service twice about never receiving my stuff and they never got back to me. This was well over a month ago at this point. This company is either a scam or has worst customer service in history.

This website is a SCAM. Ordered two months ago and has not even been shipped out. I have attempted to contact them several times and nobody has responded. They will gladly take your money and you'll never receive the product.

I wish I could rate my experience 0 stars. I order my product and have received no shipment or update for over 2 months now. The product was labeled as in stock and ready to ship with an expected arrival of 3 weeks. After reaching out to the company’s customer support. I have not heard back or been compensated at all >:-(
