DDOS GUARD doesn't have abuse department for legal concerns such as revenge pornography, terrorism, illegal drug and firearms sale and alikes. Their chat support in their website is not helping at all but instead insists it is only intended for pre-sale transactions. We call to all the inter-government agencies to take down DDOS-GUARD.net itself for violating laws. LET'S UNITE!!!

I have sent over 10 emails to the DDos Guard abuse department.

I never received any response. I tried to make a direct report to their Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and Linkedin accounts and also completely ignored.

Clearly, DDos Guard is not competent in their customer service or seems to support:

- Child pornography
- Revenge porn
- Piracy

I reported 2 websites to this company since they are protecting them, and they are illegal "DDoS-for-hire" websites. I filed my report 3 days ago.

Going in to chat to find out what is going on is pointless. The chat operatives fob you off and treat people with contempt on a regular basis with the same nonsense, including "investigation takes time", how much time I ask, "100 trillion years?"

It's just strange that a company, that claims to protect against DDoS attacks, are actually protecting and permitting illegal DDoS activity on its own systems in violation of its own ToS.

Based on other reviews here, I am not surprised that the words "scammers" and "rip offs" are mentioned so often. I have a few more to add to the list: "corrupt", "bribe taking" and "illegal activity permitting".

This company get 0 stars from me (if I could), but I can't, so I am begrudging 1 star. This company deserve to be investigated by the police for this outrageous disply of deliberate delay, malpractice and incompetence!

we cannot thank DDoS Guard enough for the service they provide us with L3 / L4 protected transit ... It must be said that we have received attacks of several hundred Gbps and it has never done anything to us unlike the competition !
Hydra Communication does not hold up our attacks well, Stormwalls are a little better but are nowhere near as good as DDoS Guard!
DDoS Guard are even well above the protection of OVH!
For having tested 90% of the protections on the market I can tell you that no one can compete with DDoS Guard, they are the best above all!
In addition, they are able to block DDoS attacks on FiveM in parallel with our filtering thanks to symmetric routing and that nobody is able to do it!

If the recent news involving this company and Parler APP (the alt-right app involved in the assault on the US Capitol) isn't enough for you to stay away, get ready to be ripped off if anything goes wrong.

As a former customer of their services for 6 months, things went ok until I started getting DDOS heavily with a UDP and slowris HTTP flood attack this January (2021). Well, while we were severely impacted, their support just insisted on claiming that everything was fine... We were forced to switch to another company as our project become inoperational as it was going down every 50 minutes! Our billing period for that month started on the 27th of January, and while the issues were reported on the 28th, they still refused a partial refund, continuing to claim that there were no attacks and it was my fault we had to switch to a new hosting provider. When confronted with some facts, they starting spitting out some nonsense that their UDP DDoS protection only covers two ports and their L7 protection has some technical factors limiting their protection. So not only do not expect any kind of useful support if anything goes wrong, expect people dealing in bad faith, attempting to stall as long as possible, and trying to rip-off their customers, while violating their own TOS's.

Unhelpful live chat. They just want you to email rather than offering any help. Avoid this company which hosts illegal stuff.

It took the company 2 months to reply to an abuse report and were not at all helpful when they replied. On the point of being rude.

Avoid this company at all costs.

I have never thought that it's possible to find such a reliable and trustworthy company which provides DDoS protection on such a high level. Like you!
