Great Hoster, great prices, good support!

I use ddownload since some years and I am glad that uptime and performance is always top. The daily limit is much more than enough and the download speed is always as high as my bandwidth.

Highly recommended. Fast downloads, stable connection, affordable prices, easy payment. Never had any problems so far, extremely satisfied.

DDownload really got better over the years, first I had some speed problems, but now it's all perfect!

A reliable hosting provider that offers good value for money. It has been running smoothly for years without any downtime. For a short time, the payment process was quite complicated and the fees were significantly high, but they obviously responded and abolished these excessive fees, which is great!
Paying by credit card also has its advantages and it works.
Speeds are fast and stable.
I am satisfied and can recommend it.

Since ddl.to increased the Daily traffic to 200GB i only use ddownload. First used uploaded.to, then Rapidgator, now ddownload.
I always find what i am looking for and the prices are fair.
The only two things that are a bit annoying: sometimes 1 part (of 10-100 parts) just says „currently unavailable“, even if the linkcrypter reports as online (but that are rare cases). The other thing is the 20Megabytes/s limit per Connection. I have a gigabit bandwidth and can only use the full bandwidth when downloading 6-7 Parts parallel. For large single packed files this is a bit annoying, but when downloading a lot of files i can use the whole gigabit until daily limit is reached.

Overall, recommended!

I made a mistake with a payment and was trying for a refund since i did not want to use the service .Not response from the first day i did the payment and after 3 day the ticket request i opened where deleted .Imagine if would decide to be a long standing customer.....

captcha problem for free accounts was solved within a few days.
speed (upload/download) is better than my connection.
price for a year is better than in other companies.
ddownload is the best i found!

I paid 17 euros for a faster files download and I wait more than 1h for a less than 1gb file...

The transaction and service are/were great as always, but I feel a bit scammed for paying 2,32€ more than what was listed on the website (a 29,99€ deal turned into a 30CHF deal, which is 32,32€). It's not a big difference, but not very nice either. That's why I subtracted 1 star.

I paid €29.99 twice. However, only one year's subscription was processed. The second payment was neither processed nor refunded. Since this has now happened twice in a row, I'm only giving one star.

I'm very happy with ddownload! The servers are very reliable and always available! No wonder most people switch to ddownload.
