Fast Speeds, Poor Value

Very fast download. The user interface looks outdated and isn't very intuitive. There are often good bundle deals, but the prices are too high for someone like me who only uses the download function and doesn't have any files on the server.

Very good experience

I have premium account since 2 or 3 years. Never had a problem. The customer service answers within one day and you get very clear answers. Furthermore you can pay very easily and safe through bank transfer. No need for crypto or credit card.

Fast and reliable service, but payment...

Fast and reliable service (5 stars), but unfortunately, payment was only possible through a provider called “Supercharge,” which only allows fixed payment amounts. Any remaining balance is lost if you don’t have another way to use it, which means you end up losing money. Because of that, I’m deducting one star. Please bring back the option for regular bank transfers!
