Have used Dan a number of times over the years for carpentry and handyman type work. He has always been great. Easy to communicate with, works hard and fairly priced.

I can’t recommend Dan highly enough. From the moment we first spoke, he was warm, friendly, and incredibly professional. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free from start to finish.

The quality of his woodworking is absolutely outstanding. The attention to detail, craftsmanship, and pride he puts into his work are clear to see in the finished result. It exceeded my expectations and was completed to an exceptionally high standard.

What really sets Dan apart is not just his skill, but his character. He’s approachable, reliable, and genuinely passionate about what he does. It’s refreshing to work with someone who cares so much about both their craft and their customers.

I was recommended Dan through a friend. His work was great and he was prompt to the job. I even went back and bought some upcycled furniture from him later. 10/10 would use him again!

I purchased a plant pot with stand and am very pleased - build quality is great and it looks awesome. As it's handmade I was about to contact Dan and discuss customising the epoxy on the leg. I collected it from his workshop and he was very friendly. Will definitely buy from Dan again

Unfortunately we have been forced to leave this review as this contractor has gone on malicious campaign against us.

Our experience working with this contractor was extremely disappointing.

Despite explaining on numerous occasions that, as managing agents, we act on behalf of the landlord and can only make payments where client funds are available, the contractor continued to hold us personally responsible for payment delays. The landlord ultimately paid the invoice directly, confirming the position we had repeatedly explained through countless calls and emails.

What is particularly disappointing is that this contractor completed previous jobs for which payment was made without issue, including occasions where we ourselves were not reimbursed by the landlord. Unfortunately, this has not been acknowledged at all.

We were also surprised by the tone and content of the contractor’s later correspondence, including suggestions that we should somehow be “thanking” him for pursuing payment directly with the landlord.

Based on our experience, we would urge other block management and property management companies to proceed with caution before engaging this contractor. He simply does not understand the setup of how this industry works. And should your client be delayed in paying, he will personally be malicious and hold you accountable. Terrible.
