I had an extremely disaoppointing and distressing experience with DDS Detective agency after hiring them for a pre-marriage investigation. from the very beginning, they appeared professional and confident, assuring me that their team was experienced and would handle my case with complete confidentiality. the were very responsive before payment, consistantly following up and giving convincing promises about how detailed and useful their investigation report would be. based on that trust, i paid the full amount unfront, which now i completely regret. once the payment was made, everything changed. the same team that was so quick to respond earlier started ignoring my calls and messaging. whenever i managed to get through to someone, i was givin vague and repetitive execuses like.....we are working on it.... or you will get an update tomorrow... but no real information was ever shared. weeks passed, and eventually, they sent me a report that was completly useless....it was filled with generic, publicly available details that anyone could have found through a simple internet search. worse, some of the information in the report was factually incorrect, raising serious doubts about wether any investigation was done at all. when i tired to raise my concerns and asked for clarification or at least a partial refund, they completly stopped responding. the most shocking and unprofessional part came when i mentioned that i was planning to leave a negetive review....one of the team members indirectly threatened me by saying they might disclose my personal case information if i posted anything against them. i was absolutely stunned and deeply disturbed by this behaviour. not only was the service a total failure, but now i also have to live with fear that my private case details could be leaked. this is not just unprofessional....it is unethical and potentially illegal. my experience with DDS detective agency wast not just a waste of hard-earned money but also emotionally exhausting. they failed on every front...no communication, no proper investigation, no results, no respect for privacy, and absolutely no accountability. i feel completly cheated and i strongly advise anyone considering their service to stay far away from them. i regret trusting this agency, and i wouldn's want anyone else to go through what is did.
