Ghosted me, no refund after return!
There is an ongoing glitch on Firefox where the protein flavour changes once you're in the cart. I e-mailed immediately the second time this happened to me and was told I could do nothing but return it.
I did as they said, and returned the package immediately and paid for tracking. The package was successfully delivered back to Protein Works as of the 5th of January. I e-mailed the next day to confirm this, and was told to wait 3-5 days for a refund.
6 days after my return arrived, I'd heard nothing and sent an email. No reply. I sent a follow up email 8 days after it was received, and nothing. Prior to this, my emails were typically answered within hours.
The company have completely ghosted me after receiving the goods I returned back to them. So now I have neither the product nor the money paid.
On top of this, it was really difficult to get anyone to look into the glitch issue (that's now happened to me twice and doesn't happen on Chrome). They clearly don't care about their customers.

General 3-month Review
The products in general and the after service in case of any issues, has been great for me so far. My problems have been taken care of, in a timely and optimum manner. The delivery(DPD as their official delivery partners in Berlin) on the other hand, has been a constant issue for me since my first order.
Hope the management would take a closer look at this issue and necessary steps would be taken in order for a seamless overall process.
Regarding the products in particular, I the only issue I found was with the vegan protien(strawberry banana flavour) Lumps were formed everytime while mixing it in water or milk. Other than this, all the other products are upto my satisfaction.
