The company who punished you once punished you forever. yes i did get ban once 2 years ago , not for cheating but for harassment , but yet they still keeps banning my every fresh new account for no reason , this is illegal and somebody has to answer for this

The worst matchmaking ever, fix this game

Unbalanced and unnecessarily bad.
the developers are the biggest problem as the game has huge potential but the community gets ignored. it's a shame!

Don’t waste your money time or energy on this pathetic excuse for a game. Trust me.

It’s the absolute worst experience for solo queue survivors. You just cannot enjoy it. And the matchmaking is really not good at all. They should really focus on improving the experience overall which is what actually matters instead of just the tiny things. Also the tunneling part is awful, decisive strike should be basic kit for survivors. And the anti camping measure? It has brought absolutely no advantage nor balance as it was intended.
Lastly, there is an awful bug, in ps4 at least, where you just cannot leave a match normally, it has some error with the server and just makes you wait twice as long, every single time (this has been an issue since I started playing at the beginning of 2023, never been fixed).
Overall, I really wish I could love this game, but it’s just a bad experience most of the times when I play. It’s so hard to have an actual fun match with decent teammates.

This game gets worse every time they make a new update. The developers themselve dont play the game so they dont know anything about the mechanics and the balance of the game. Thats why i quit playing this game 2 years ago. It doesent get better than the version it is on. Full of facecamping and tunneling Killers, teebaging Survivors and the worst thing is the bad killers get nerfed and the good ones get buffed every new update. Its the sad story of how developers make their own game unplayable.

1 killer vs 4 survivors.
From the outset, it's unbalanced because here the killer is not at all like in horror movies. He runs as fast or even slower than the survivors, he can be knocked out by pallets, lamps, locker doors, etc...
The survivors run like cheetahs, and even faster when they are injured (super logic) cross the barriers and windows in less than a second, while the killer does it in several (super logic again).
Not to mention the different match locations which have billions of hiding places, and also hundreds of paddles (to knock out), so everything is done so that the survivors can win, and the killer player either goes crazy or drops out of the game for good.. .. Cheer.

Its fun the first couple of games and sometimes when playing with friends but after that you’re just gonna keep getting bodyblocked by mostly feng mins and you’re gonna get facecamped and tunneled and the game has sbmm it just very bad i think it depends on if you escape or not so you can basicly hide the whole game get out and then play with better players every time that means if a bad player gets 10k points but gets out then sbmm go “omg this player crazy” but if the player with 40k points dont espace then sbmm go “nah this guy should 100% play with people who just installed the game 10 mins ago”

The game is garbage is so far from balanced it’s not even funny and the player base makes it even worse. It’s 1 killer vs 4 survivors atleast in theory however more often then not it’s 2 killers 3 killers even or a killer 2 survivors a dc and a selfish b*tch in the corner. The game needs to actually make a *ucking merit system already

the game itsself is really cool, love the characters and the graphics but the people who play it are the worst.

If you look for fun as survivor dont play it cause you will get facecamped and tunneled and there is literally nothing you can do about it.

So game is in need of doing smth against facecampers cause in my opinion playing the game doesnt consist of starring at a surv for 5 minutes straight until they die and then also winning the game cause you can do it to every surv without any consequences

I contacted support to ask if it's possible to refund a character purchased with auric cells because i wanted to buy the entire dlc and they said not, for luck i asked them before purchasing otherwise i would have been scammed. Nice scam.
