They want your money, and will promptly reply to any correspondence regarding products, but as soon as you order and there is an issue with the product, they are like: “Issues? No thank you” and they do not reply, so I strongly suggest everyone to look at other brands for their accessory needs.

One should think that a brand like DeadeyeVR took pride in their products, but no apparently not. They just want to sell their products and then ignore their customers.

Great strategy!

The plastic area of the strap thats meant to hold tension at your wrist is so loose, it slides down in very casual play. The strap is also so long that it makes the controller kind of hard to grab. The way it sits in the controller to secure is sketchy as hell and i dont trust it. Look elsewhere. A guy with shoelaces and a 3d printer can make a better strap for cheaper. I thought i was upgrading. I see now that i did not. This company also will not post my review on this wrist strap on their website. Scammy people 100%.

I´m from Denmark, so I knew that the shipping cost where going to be quite expencive. I bought two items and payed the shipping fee. The day after I got an email, saying, that they wanted more money for shipping. I declined, and said that I just wanted my money back then. One hour after i sent my answer, they sent it anyways, and that I still had to pay the extra shipping fee. I got my pacage today, and they can forget about the money. NOT OK, DEADEYE!
P.S They may or may not have good items for sale, but the way they shoot themselves in the foot, is beyond me.

I am very disappointed with how this order was handled. I never received the package and sent multiple follow-up emails regarding the issue, none of which were responded to.

There was no update, no resolution offered, and no apparent effort to address the delivery problem. This lack of communication and customer support is unacceptable.

Overall, a very poor experience.

Customer Service are arrogant, patronising and just rude. Information on their website is wrong. Ordered an item and got sent out the wrong item. Contacted their customer support and they were extremely rude. This company is a disgrace. AVOID
